The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, very close to the beach, and there is parking right next to it, which is fantastic. I would like to commend the lady who cleans the rooms every day; she is very kind and cheerful, and we received towels more frequently than expected. Additionally, the owner and his wife are quite nice, greeting us every time we met, and I would say that even though we had no specific requests, they were always willing to assist us. All in all, I highly recommend Viky.

The accommodation is located in the center, just 100 meters from the shore. The owner and the staff are exceptionally kind and hospitable. The air conditioning is excellent and there are no additional charges. Every day, they made our beds, washed the dishes, cleaned the floor and the toilet, and checked if we had everything we needed. They changed the bed linens twice and the towels every three days. They have a beautiful lobby. They washed our laundry for free (considering we stayed longer than seven days). My sincerest recommendations.

The accommodation is located in an excellent spot in Sarti, very close to the beach, with two tavernas, a shop, and a bakery nearby or directly across the street. Just 150 meters from the pedestrian zone, it is perfectly positioned, just outside the evening bustle, yet close enough to the center. We were assigned room number 10, which is situated on the ground floor, a convenient choice for us due to the baby stroller. However, according to the owner, this is one of three rooms that have yet to be renovated (renovation is planned for this winter), so the furnishings are somewhat outdated. We were particularly taken aback by the portable kitchen, which is quite old and scratched. The drawers in the built-in wardrobe could not be fully closed, as the handles were missing. The beds were acceptable, but we were appalled when we moved one bed to set up the baby crib, revealing a pile of dirt and debris underneath. The bathroom, however, has been renovated and is lovely and spacious, though the shower cubicle is minuscule, posing a challenge for larger individuals. Additionally, there is a lack of an electrical outlet in the bathroom. Room cleaning is performed daily, and aside from this initial shock, we had no complaints. Towels are changed every other day, and bed linens every five days. The dishes were even washed on one occasion, which is commendable. The air conditioning works well and requires no extra payment, the TV is fine, but the Wi-Fi signal is lacking. There is some signal in the bathroom, but none in the room or on the terrace. The room also includes a safe, which is a nice touch. The hotel features a small lounge and two terraces where guests can relax, and the Wi-Fi signal there is excellent. Parking is not guaranteed, but we almost always found a place to park on the street near the hotel. The staff is friendly and always available. Considering that the accommodation was one of the more affordable options, I believe the price-to-quality ratio is good, and it will improve even further once the minor issues are addressed and the rooms are renovated.

The Viky Hotel comes highly recommended; it is tidy, clean, and boasts an excellent location. Although it is situated next to a rather busy street (where pedestrians frequently stroll), there is no noise in the room. The staff is exceptionally courteous and always at your service. Should I return to Sarti, I would gladly choose the same accommodation again.

Hotel Viky is situated in an excellent location, just 50 meters from the beach. There is always parking available in front of the hotel. Regarding the accommodation itself, the price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. The only drawback is the small bathroom with a shower cabin where one cannot turn around comfortably, but this is a minor complaint compared to everything else. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My wife and I generally do not revisit the same destination or accommodation. This is the first time we have the desire to return to Sarti and Hotel Viky. Our apartment was spacious, featuring a lovely terrace with a sea view and comfortable beds. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the linens and towels are changed every other day, or more frequently if needed. We have not experienced such kindness and hospitality anywhere else in Greece. The staff speaks excellent English, making communication very straightforward.

I have nothing but the finest comments for this hotel! It is exceptionally clean, with bed linens changed every other day and fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast is consistent, yet offers a selection that allows for different combinations each day. There is always a sweet treat available, along with juice and coffee :) The location is outstanding! Right in the heart of the action, with taverns and shops nearby... the beach is just a stone's throw away. The local beach in Sarti is splendid, featuring fine yellow sand and crystal-clear waters. Without a doubt, this hotel is certainly one of those I would return to :)

A small, very pleasant hotel with an excellent location, tidy and clean. The friendly host Steven is always smiling and ready to help if needed. The room is well-equipped and features a lovely terrace with a view of the sea. The internet is more than decent, which is unusual for Greece, although the TV could offer more channels in widely spoken languages (English, Serbian, Russian), as well as sports programs. The water pressure in the shower cabin should be stronger, and the balance between hot and cold water should be more stable, rather than depending on whether the neighbor is showering or not. In any case, we are grateful to Nikana and Steven for a wonderful vacation.

The only complaint is the incredibly small shower cabin and bathroom. Everything else is more than satisfactory.
