Our description
Viky Hotel is a very nice accommodation not far from the city center. It's located in the second row to the sea, only 80m from the beach. It's suitable for couples, but also for families who'd like to spend a holiday in a quality accommodation near the beach.
There are several shops close to the hotel, as well as a bakery with the largest selection of pastry in Sarti.
In the offer are double, triple and quadruple accommodation units, all located on the upper floors.
Double economy room (15m2) is on the second floor and it looks towards the neighboring building. It is equipped with a double bed.
Double economy studio (18m2) is on the second floor and it has a garden view. It is equipped with a double bed.
Double standard rooms (18-20m2) are on the first and second floor and they have garden or sea view. They are equipped with a double bed.
Triple standard studio studio (20m2) is located on the first floor and it looks towards the garden of the neighboring building. It is equipped with a double and a single bed.
Double deluxe room (17m2) is located on the third floor and it has a mountain view. It is equipped with a double bed.
Triple deluxe room (20m2) is located on the third floor and it has a mountain view. It is equipped with a double and a single bed.
Triple deluxe room with a sea view (25m2) is located on the third floor. It is equipped with a double and a single bed.
Triple studio with a sea view (30m2) is located on the third floor. It is equipped with a double bed and a folding sofa.
Quadruple deluxe room (25m2) is located on the third floor and it has a mountain view. It is equipped with two double beds.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, safe box, hairdryer, bathroom with a shower cabin or glass partition and a balcony. All rooms have a fridge with freezer compartment and a kettle, while studios have hotplates too, so they have a kitchenette. Bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 days and cleaning is performed every day. There's also a laundry service at no extra cost. The reception is on the first floor.
After you reach the public parking, continue south towards the new Sarti and 130m later you'll see the house on your right-hand side.
The friendly owner is always available and meets guests needs, and besides Greek, he also speaks English so the communication is much easier. If you're looking for a quality and comfortable accommodation, then this hotel is the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj se nalazi na vrhunskoj lokaciji u Sartiju, jako blizu plaže, a pored ili preko puta njega su dve taverne, prodavnica, pekara. Na samo 150 metara od pešačke zone je taman van večernje gužve, a opet dovoljno blizu centra. Mi smo dobili sobu br 10 koja se nalazi u prizemlju što nam je odgovaralo zbog bebinih kolica. Međutim, po rečima vlasnika, to je jedna od 3 sobe koje još uvek nisu renovirane (u planu je renoviranje ove zime) pa je inventar malo zastareo, a posebno smo bili zatečeni portabl kuhinjom koja je poprilično stara i iskrzana. Fioke na ugradnom ormanu nisu mogle da se zatvore do kraja, falile su ručke. Kreveti su bili ok, ali smo bili zgroženi kada smo pomerili jedan krevet da bi postavili krevetac za bebu jer je ispod bilo gomila prljavštine i otpada. Kupatilo je renovirano i lepo, prostrano, ali je tuš kabina minijaturna pa je problem za krupnije osobe da uđu i tuširaju se. Mana je i nedostatak utičnice u kupatilu. Čišćenje sobe je svakodnevno i osim ovog početnog šoka nismo imali primedbe. Peškiri se menjaju svaki drugi dan, a posteljina na 5 dana. Čak je i suđe bilo oprano jednom prilikom, što je baš za pohvalu. Klima radi dobro, ne doplaćuje se, TV je OK, ali Wi-Fi nema signala. U kupatilu ga još i ima, ali u sobi i na terasi nikako. Soba ima i sef što je super. Hotel ima mali dnevni boravak i dve terase, pa se tu može boraviti, tu je signal Wi-Fi odličan. Parking nije obezbeđen, ali smo skoro uvek imali mesta da parkiramo na ulici kod hotela. Osoblje je ljubazno i uvek na raspolaganju. Obzirom da je smeštaj bio jedan od jeftinijih u ponudi, smatram da je ipak dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta, a da će biti još bolji kada se otklone sitni nedostaci i renoviraju sobe.

Viky hotel je za svaku preporuku, uredno, čisto, lokacija odlična. Iako je pored prilično prometne ulice (pješaci dosta šetaju tuda) u sobi se to ne čuje. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno I na usluzi. Ako bih išla ponovo u Sarti rado bih izabrala opet isti smještaj.
