The double economy room (15m2) is located on the second floor and faces the adjacent building. It is equipped with a French bed.

The double economy studio (18m2) is located on the first floor and faces the courtyard. It is equipped with a French bed.

The double standard rooms (18-20m2) are located on the first and second floors and overlook the courtyard or the sea. They are equipped with a French bed.

The triple standard studio (20m2) is located on the first floor and faces the courtyard of the adjacent accommodation. It is equipped with a French and a single bed.

The double deluxe room (17m2) is located on the third floor and overlooks the mountain. It is equipped with a French bed.

The triple deluxe room (20m2) is located on the third floor and overlooks the mountain. It is equipped with a French and a single bed.

The triple deluxe room with sea view (25m2) is located on the third floor. It is equipped with a French and a single bed.

The triple studio with sea view (30m2) is located on the third floor. It is equipped with a French bed and a sofa bed.

The quadruple deluxe room (25m2) is located on the third floor and overlooks the mountain. It is equipped with two French beds.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, bathroom with a shower cabin (built-in or with partition glass), and a terrace. Rooms are equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment and a kettle, while studios also have a hot plate, i.e. a small kitchen.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, and cleaning is done daily. Additionally, the hotel offers free laundry service. The reception is located on the first floor.

Optional a la carte breakfast is served on site. It is paid on the spot, per person per day.

When you reach the public parking lot, continue south towards the new Sarti, and 130m later you will see the house on the right.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
