Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Blerina House is located in the first row by the sea, in the new part of Sarti. This modernly equipped accommodation offers an ideal combination of proximity to the beach and a peaceful location — just a few steps away from the sand and waves, while the center of the village, bakery, and shops are only a few minutes' easy walk away.
In front of the property stretches a sandy beach with several cafes that offer sun loungers and umbrellas for their guests.
The accommodation consists of two double and two triple studios, located in the basement, on the front and back side of the house.
The triple studios have a double bed and a sofa bed, while the double studios have one double bed.
All accommodation units are modernly decorated and equipped with air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, and bathroom. In the kitchens, there are two hot plates, a small refrigerator, and basic utensils, while the bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin with a glass partition.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and cleaning is also done at the same interval.
The property does not have a yard, but guests can use the common verandas. Parking is not provided, but there is free public parking nearby.
Blerina House is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their vacation in pleasant and modern accommodation, just a step away from the sea and close to all the amenities of Sarti.
