Accommodation description

Accommodation Garlis is located in the village of Psakoudia and is distinguished by a modernly designed interior and spacious accommodation units, ensuring you will definitely enjoy your stay. The beach is approximately 70m away and can be reached via a shortcut across the main road. The nearest large supermarket is about 2km from the property.

Four-bed, five-bed and six-bed apartments, which are located on the upper ground floor. The four-bed apartment is intended for two adults and two children and consists of a room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two beds for one person in the room with the kitchen. The air conditioner is in the bedroom.

The five-bed apartment is designed for a maximum of five people. It consists of a room with a kitchen, an adjoining living room that is not separated by a door, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there is a sofa for two people, while in the room with the kitchen there is one bed for one person. This unit has two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.

The two-bedroom apartment can accommodate six people. It consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa is located in the kitchen area. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Each apartment has a balcony with seating where you can enjoy the view of the sea from a distance.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has a TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with all the necessary dishes, a coffee machine, a small fridge and a two-burner stove. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen, and there is also a hairdryer.

It has a large and well-kept yard with a playground for children, and you can also use a barbecue and seating furniture.

As for parking, you don’t have to worry because the accommodation has a private parking lot. Pets are not allowed.

Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen is changed every five days. Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment during their stay.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
