Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Koala Rooms is located in the town of Sarti, one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, just 65m away from the sandy beach. The accommodation is perfect for those who wish to enjoy a sea view while being in close proximity to the beach and promenade, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and activities.
There are two accommodation units available on the first floor.
Studio can accommodate two adults and consists of a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Apartment can accommodate five adults and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a double bed and a single bed.
Guests have access to air conditioning at an additional cost, TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette with two burners, a standard refrigerator, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower tray with a curtain.
From the balcony, equipped with a seating area, guests can enjoy a view of the sea or the street.
Pets are not allowed. Guests are provided with a parking space within a private parking area located 200m away from the property. Additionally, parking spaces can be found in the vicinity of the accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while bed linen is changed every four days. Towels are not provided.
Koala Rooms is situated 43km away from the popular resort of Nikiti, 31.1km from Toroni, and 130km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
