Anatolia Garden Apartments in Sarti are charming accommodation units located in a peaceful part of the village and surrounded by lush nature. The property is situated 500 metres from Platania Beach. Guests staying here can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings while also using the property as an excellent base for exploring both Sarti and its extensive sandy beaches, as well as the surrounding areas of Sithonia. In the immediate vicinity of the property, guests will also find traditional tavernas, cafés and local shops, where they can experience authentic Greek warmth and hospitality.

A total of three accommodation units are available at this property.

One of the units is separate and differs in concept from the other two, as it is a caravan. It is suitable for a maximum of two adults and consists of a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom.

The other two units are two-level maisonettes that can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. Both maisonettes consist of a raised ground floor, where the kitchen and bathroom are located, and a first floor with an open sleeping area. The open sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and is an excellent choice for two adults. The kitchen area is equipped with bunk beds.

Upon request and at no additional charge, a baby cot is available in the maisonettes, making the accommodation even more suitable for families travelling with young children. This additional feature allows parents to enjoy a carefree holiday while their children have a safe and comfortable environment.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the stay. In both maisonettes, the air-conditioning unit is located on the staircase between the raised ground floor and the first floor, allowing for a comfortable temperature on both levels. Free WiFi is available in all units, providing guests with a reliable internet connection and the option to work remotely. TVs and hairdryers are also available in all units.

The kitchens in both maisonettes are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a single-ring hot plate, a toaster and all the necessary utensils for preparing light meals. The caravan does not have a kitchen, but guests have access to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

At Anatolia Garden Apartments, both maisonettes have a balcony on the raised ground-floor level, as well as a balcony on the first floor, offering beautiful views of the well-maintained garden and the nearby street. The caravan has a small balcony in front of the entrance, furnished with a table and two chairs, providing a pleasant and intimate outdoor seating area, particularly suitable for couples. In addition to outdoor seating, the courtyard also features an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. The well-kept lawn and lush garden at Anatolia Garden Apartments create an atmosphere of true rural tranquillity. The peaceful ambience that prevails throughout the day invites guests to relax in the shade of the charming courtyard, which is also a favourite gathering place during long summer evenings. Guests also have access to a shared barbecue in the courtyard, where they can prepare a variety of culinary specialities if they wish.

Pets are not allowed at this property, helping to ensure a clean, quiet and allergy-friendly environment where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and tranquillity.

Regular cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out every three days and is included in the price. This ensures a high standard of cleanliness and a constant feeling of freshness throughout the stay, even during longer holidays.

Each accommodation unit has one guaranteed parking space available within the property grounds. This means guests do not have to worry about finding a parking space during the busy summer season or about the safety of their vehicles.

Sarti is the most popular tourist resort on the Sithonia peninsula and is located approximately 140 km from Thessaloniki. Although the village has only around 900 permanent residents, its population can increase by up to twenty times during the summer season, which is a testament to its popularity. For this reason, Anatolia Garden Apartments are an excellent choice for anyone who loves the Aegean Sea and the Sithonia peninsula. As you approach Sarti, you are greeted by a stunning view of the village, nestled among greenery and mountain slopes and stretching along a long beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters. A long promenade runs along the coast, lined with tavernas, cafés and bars, while the main beach is a Blue Flag beach, thanks to its clean, fine sand and long stretch of shallow water, making it particularly suitable for families. Other exceptional beaches in the vicinity of Sarti include Orange, Kavourotripes, Platanitsi, Ahlada and Armenistis. Active holiday enthusiasts can explore numerous secluded coves, while one of the most interesting excursions is a boat trip to Mount Athos. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki International Airport “Makedonia”, located 132 km from the property.

A beautiful, clean, and tranquil location, perfect for those who dislike crowds and noise. It is conveniently situated near Sarti and other beaches; we drove daily to explore the stunning beaches of Sithonia. The owner has his own garden for fruits and vegetables right next to the accommodation, along with a small shop where you can purchase homemade products, fruits, vegetables, honey, olive oil, and more. The people are incredibly kind, communicative, and wonderful; they brought us watermelons and melons from their garden and were always available for any assistance or information we needed. We were truly delighted. There is parking available, a yard for children with swings and a slide, and an outdoor shower. The apartment features its own terrace at the entrance and another on the upper floor, as well as a seating area in the yard where you can relax. Every three days, the linens and towels were changed. For anyone who loves peace and quiet, I highly recommend this place. We had a restful and enjoyable stay. I wouldn't trade this accommodation for any in the center of Sarti. The beautiful beaches of Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Kavurotripes, Klimataria, Tigani, Karidi, Sykia Beach, Pitsoni Beach, Lagomandra Beach, and Platania Beach are a must-visit. Stays for persons younger than 12 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
