Iliovasilema Hotel is located in Mitikas, 50m from a sandy-pebbly beach and 3km away from Preveza. It has studios and apartments for 2-4 people and amenities include WiFi internet, private parking and nice yard.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 250m away.
They offer 12 accommodation units, nine triple studios (30m2) with one double or two single beds and a sofa bed with a standard mattress, i.e three quadruple apartments (50m2) with one double bed or two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, kitchen (mini-stove with oven, small fridge, kettle and coffee maker), bathroom with hairdryer and a terrace or veranda with a sea or garden view.
Cleaning is performed on a daily basis and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
Reception is open from 8:00 to 22:00 and facilities include a library (books in English and Greek), laundry service and parking for all guests.
Enter Mitikas and follow the main road for 1km until you reach the sea, take a left and continue ahead for another 900m until you reach this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, zanima nas termin od 18.7. -28.7.2024 za petočlanu porodicu (2 odraslih i 3 dece, 12, 7 i 5 god.). U ponudi nam izlazi samo da postoje četorkrevetni apartmani što bi nama i odgovoralo sa obzirom da najmladje dete bi svakako spavalo sa nama u krevetu. Da li ovo predstavlja problem i da li je izvodljivo rezervisati apartman u traženom terminu? Hvala. Takodje bi nam trebala i ponuda za još dve četvoročlane porodice u istom terminu . Porodica Bošković ( 2 odraslih i 2 dece, 11 i 9 god.) , i porodica Krbavac (2 odraslih i 2 dece, 12 i 5 god.). Molim vas za Pounde za sve tri familije. Hvala. S poštovanjem.

Smestaj je ispunio nasa ocekivanja. Mirno seoce, hotel na samoj obali sa divnim dvoristem. Prostrana cista soba sa kuhinjicom i lepom terasom. Plaza bez guzve, sitan pesak, sa lezaljkama koje pripadaju kaficu koji se nalazi preko puta plaze. U neposrednoj blizini restoran sa sjajnim pogledom, atmosferom i hranom. Mesto udaljeno od Preveze (svakako je treba posetiti) 10ak minuta voznje.

Nismo provodili u smestaju vise vremena nego sto smo morali. Nisu dali deci da se igraju loptom u dvoristu.
