Accommodation description

Rudi 2 Studios is situated in the picturesque and beloved seaside resort of Sarti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, approximately 290 meters from a long sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. Nestled in a tranquil part of the town, yet conveniently close to all amenities, it presents an excellent choice for guests seeking to immerse themselves in the serene ambiance of one of Halkidiki’s most enchanting tourist destinations.

The property offers three apartments located on the second floor, each designed to accommodate up to four adults. They comprise a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room provides two single beds.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is also available.

All accommodation units are equipped with mosquito screens, air conditioning, and televisions in both the living and sleeping areas. Guests enjoy complimentary WiFi and a hairdryer. The kitchens are outfitted with either two or four burners and a microwave oven, depending on the unit, alongside a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms are fitted with a tiled shower-bath combination with a curtain. In apartments number 8 and 10, the bathroom is accessed through the living room, whereas in apartment number 9, it is accessible from the bedroom.

Guests can relax on the balconies while admiring views of the beautifully maintained courtyard and the sea; apartment number 8 also boasts an additional balcony overlooking the mountains. The inviting atmosphere is further enhanced by a barbecue in the courtyard, available for guests to prepare meals during their stay.

Pets are welcome upon request at no extra charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning as well as changing towels and bed linen. A fresh set of linens and towels is available upon request after five days.

The accommodation does not provide private parking, but guests may park on the street directly in front of the premises.

The hosts could have put more effort into the guests. The bed linen and towels were changed only once during the stay, and the dirty bed linen and towels were not taken away even once until the end of the holiday. Our request for an additional blanket, which we made on Monday, was answered only on Thursday, which we consider unacceptable. Also, the apartments were not marked with numbers 7, 8, and 9 as stated, but we were given apartment number 6, which is smaller than what we expected. The conclusion is that the price of the accommodation is too high in relation to the quality of service and what you get for it, because clean bed linen and towels are brought once, and the guests clean the accommodation...
