Villa Panorama Apartments is the accommodation in Pondi. It’s the ideal choice for all travelers looking for good accommodation in a quiet environment. Studios and duplex apartments overlooking the sea accommodate 2-6 people. It offers private parking, courtyard with seating and a shared barbecue.

The nearest shop and bakery are at 150m, the sea is 700m away, the fantastic, sandy beach Pondi is about 800m and the center of Vasiliki is 2km away.

Panorama offers 6 accommodation units- four studios for 2-3 persons (22m2), as well as two duplex apartments (58m2) for 4 people.

There are a total of four studios available, one double and three triple. Three-bed studios (number 1, number 3 and number 4) each have one double and one single bed and a shower cabin in the bathroom (numbers 1 and 3 have a shower cabin, and number two only a shower tub). Double studio number 2 has two joined single beds and a mattress over. The double studio has a shower in the bathroom. The kitchens in the studios have a small fridge and two hotplates.

The apartments have two separate bedrooms. One room has a French bed and the other two single beds. When you enter the apartment, you enter a room that is both a living room and a dining room with a kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large refrigerator, as well as a stove with an oven and four hotplates. One apartment is on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. The apartment on the second floor has an additional bathroom with a shower next to one of the bedrooms.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, with a TV, fully equipped kitchen (hot plate with two rings and a small fridge in the studios, and a stove with oven and a large fridge in the apartments), bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.

Cleaning is performed every second day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

Garden in nice, with greenery and flowers and tables/chairs for guests, as well as barbeque.

Parking spot is available for all guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
