One of the most popular accommodations for VasilikiVilla Panorama Apartments is the accommodation in Pondi. It's the ideal choice for all travelers looking for good accommodation in a quiet environment. Studios and duplex apartments overlooking the sea accommodate 2-6 people. It offers private parking, courtyard with seating and a shared barbecue.
The nearest shop and bakery are at 150m, the sea is 700m away, the fantastic, sandy beach Pondi is about 800m and the center of Vasiliki is 2km away.
Panorama offers 6 accommodation units- four studios for 2-3 persons (22m2), as well as two duplex apartments (58m2) for 4 people.
Two triple studios (no 1 and no 3) are with one double and a single bed and they have shower cabin in the bathroom. Double studios are no 2 and no 4. Studio no 2 has two connected single beds and studio no 4 has one double bed. Both studios have shower base in the bathroom. Kitchens in studios have small fridge and two hotplates.
Apartments have two separated bedrooms. When you enter apartment, you enter a space with living room and kitchen/dining area. One bedroom has two single beds and second bedroom has double bed. Bathrooms have a bathtub. Kitchen is very well equipped and has big fridge and stove with oven and four hotplates. One apartment is on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, with a TV, fully equipped kitchen (hot plate with two rings and a small fridge in the studios, and a stove with oven and a large fridge in the apartments), bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Cleaning is performed every second day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
Garden in nice, with greenery and flowers and tables/chairs for guests, as well as barbeque.
Parking spot is available for all guests.
Enter Vasiliki and pass the SPetrol gas station. Make a right turn at the first crossroad, drive for another 120m and make a right at the next intersection towards Agios Petros and Pondi. Drive for 800m and after Xenia Apartments, make a right into the alley and carry on for about 600m until you reach Panorama Apartments on the left.

Owners description
Panorama Apartments is the complex located on the island of Lefkada, at Vasiliki village, in the settlement of Ponti. It's built on the foothills of Elati Mountain, at only 600m from the beautiful beach of Ponti, 1km from Vassiliki and 35km from Lefkas.
It's a newly built, luxurious complex which operates from the summer of 2009. It consists of a building with a beautiful garden, parking and panoramic view of the bay and valley of Vassiliki. Its preferential location provides easy access to shops, restaurants, coffee shops as well as to numerous beaches of Lefkada.
A popular activity at the bay of Ponti is windsurfing. On the Ponti beach, you can rent equipment, as well as you can have fun with other water activities such as water ski, banana and parachute.
From Vasiliki, traditional boats and tourist ships every day do tours to the beaches Agio Fili, Porto Katsiki and Egremnoi, to the islands Skorpios and Meganisi and other fascinating places of the island.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, koja cena bi bila za apartman za tri osobe bracni par i zensko dete 13 godina,jedan bracni krevet,i jedan krevet u dnevnoj sobi,za period od 2.7. do 9.7.2024 sedam noci.Vrlo bitno je da ima jedna odvojena spavaca soba. Ako je cena 380 eura za sedam noci za apartman sa odvojenom sobom koliko bi bilo za cetvorokrevetni apartman i takav bi nam odgovarao ako je cena ista.

Vlasnici su jako ljubazni, pogled je Fantastičan, ne znaju ni reč engleskog ali smo se nekako sporazumeli. Apartman čiste svaki dan, posteljinu i peškire menjaju na svaka tri dana. Ako izuzmemo plaćanje, bukvalno ih ne vidite. Jedina mana smeštaja su preuske tuš kabine i zato sam sa komfora skinuo zvezdicu. Sve ostalo je vrhunski odrađeno.

Ova e nas posleden den vo Panorama apartments mozam samo da kazam najubavi zborovi.Pogled fenimenalen,sobite se cistat sekoj den,postelina se menuva na 3 dena, preubavo ureden dvor,obezbedeno parking mesto sto e mnogu bitno. Za gazdite nemam zborovi preljubezni ni dadoa i poklonce. Gazdata Spiros zivee tuka i sam se grizi za cistotata. I pokraj site ovie ubavi raboti vednas se zaborava na toa deka e locirano vo brdo mestot e mnogu mirno i daleku od bucava. Go preporacuvam so celo srce.

Put do vile nije za svakog, uzana ulica i preveliki uspon, nije za prosecne vozace a to nije navedeno. Najblizi market, pekara se nalaze skroz na drugom kraju Vasilikija, u blizini apartmana ih nema.
