In the heart of Sykia, there is a house called “Bakiras House” which has kept the traditional spirit of this village. It represents an ideal place to those who want privacy and peace, and to those who are not looking for accommodation near to the beach.
The nearest beach is Sykia beach, at about 4,4km from the accommodation, so this accommodation is recommended only for those who come with their own vehicle. The market is located 100m from the accommodation, and the center of the village with taverns, fast food, post office, and pharmacy is 150m away.
House is consisted of an apartment on the ground floor.It was renovated on 2022.

- Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 8€ per day of stay.
