Hotel Description

Diva Lodge Maisonettes is a newly built accommodation that welcomed its first guests in August 2023. It is located on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, in the small village of Sykia, 4.3km away from the nearest beach and 650m from the town center.

This accommodation offers six maisonettes, with the first level situated on the ground floor and the second level on the first floor, intended for a maximum of two adults and two children.

Five maisonettes (No. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6) on the first level feature a bathroom, kitchen, and a living room with a French bed and a sofa for one person. The second level consists of a bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed in one of these five maisonettes (No. 6), making it suitable for two adults and three children. One maisonette (No. 1), designed for two adults, is structured as a studio with a French bed on the first level.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, each level has a separate cooling unit. Guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a washing machine in two out of four maisonettes (No. 1 and 2).

Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the courtyard and the outlines of the mountain peaks, either on the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating sets, or in the yard preparing a barbecue with family or friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning during the stay is done upon guests’ request, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Guests of this accommodation have a designated parking space within the courtyard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
