Hotel Description

Diva Lodge Maisonettes is a newly built accommodation that welcomed its first guests in August 2023 and is located on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, in the small village Sykia, 4.3 km from the nearest beach and 650 m from the village center.

Within this accommodation, six maisonettes are available, the first level of which is located on the ground floor, the second level on the first floor, and which can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children.

Five maisonettes (No. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) on the first level have a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a double bed and a sofa for one person, while on the second level, there is a bedroom with a sofa for one person, in one of these five maisonettes (No. 6) there is the possibility of adding an extra bed in the bedroom, so it can be intended for the stay of two adults and three children. One maisonette (No. 1), for the stay of two adults, has a studio structure and a double bed on the first level.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, where each level has a separate cooling unit, guests have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a fridge with a freezer chamber, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a washing machine in two of the four maisonettes (No. 1 and 2).

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard and the outlines of the mountain peaks, on the furnished veranda or balcony, or in the yard preparing a barbecue with your family or friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The accommodation is cleaned during the stay at the guests’ request, while the bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

For guests of this accommodation, there is a provided parking space in the yard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
