Owners description
Lithos Apollon Villas represents a sanctuary of peace and relaxation in the village of Sikia, located in the southern part of the Sithonia peninsula, at a distance of about 6km from the nearest beach and 450m from the village center, which features shops, restaurants and taverns.
By combining traditional architectural style with modern elements, the owners have completely reconstructed one of the largest villas in the village dating back to 1890. Within the green courtyard with stone paths and among centuries-old olive trees, now stand two two-storey maisonettes made of wood and stone. The accommodation is amphitheatrically built, offering views of the entire village and the mountain.
This accommodation complex includes two stone maisonettes named Gaia and Elaia, as well as the studio Ouranos, inspired by the three main characteristics of Greece (land, olives, sky). The two-storey maisonettes consist of a ground floor with a living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the second level, or the first floor, where three bedrooms and a bathroom are located. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the third contains two single beds, and the living room features sofas, allowing a maximum capacity of eight people. The studio Ouranos is located on the ground floor and is designed for two people, as it includes a double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot can be added.
These air-conditioned units, equipped with independent cooling units in the living room and all bedrooms in the maisonettes, offer guests a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, an iron, a shared washing machine, a kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer in the maisonettes and a small refrigerator with freezer compartment in the studio, a ceramic hob with two hotplates, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
Depending on the floor level, guests can enjoy views of the pool and beautifully landscaped garden from the verandas or balconies, which are furnished with seating sets.
Within the enclosed courtyard, featuring carefully landscaped lawns and stone paths, there is a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a gazebo with a barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels during the stay, is done every three days.
Private parking is available on site for guests.
Lithos Apollon Villas is located 141km from Thessaloniki Airport, while the resort of Sarti is 13km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
