Marianna-Nina Holidays Villa is located in Sikia, a small village on the eastern coast of Sithonia, approximately 250m from the beach of the same name. It is situated in a peaceful part of the village and represents an ideal choice for a family holiday with children.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six people, with a maximum of four adults. It consists of a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom features a standard French bed, while the second bedroom has two French beds narrower than standard.
Upon request and included in the price is a baby cot, which facilitates the organization for families with children and makes the stay more carefree.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, equipped with mosquito nets, and guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, providing additional comfort and peace of mind during their stay.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances that allow for a pleasant and practical stay. Guests have at their disposal a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a kettle and a coffee maker, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
Both bathrooms have an identical layout and feature a tiled shower separated from the rest of the space by a built partition. One bathroom is accessed from the hallway, while the other is located in the bedroom with two beds, providing a direct entrance from the room.
The veranda with seating creates a pleasant atmosphere for outdoor living, overlooking the yard. The large and well-maintained yard has a shared barbecue and enough space for relaxation and peace, while there is a corner with a slide for the youngest.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The owners are responsible for hygiene during guests’ stay. Apartment cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, are done every fourth day.
Guests are provided with a parking space within the yard.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
