Marianna-Nina Holidays Villa is located in Sikia, a small village in the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula that offers all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family holiday, at a distance of 250m from the beach.
The ground floor apartment can accommodate up to four adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two double beds.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. - Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
