Thanassis House is located outside the village of Sikia, a small town in the southeast of Sithonia, known for its beautiful beaches. This property is ideal for those seeking peace and privacy, situated in a green garden, 4.5 km from the beach and 600 m from the town center.
This accommodation offers two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor of the house.
The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds.
The apartment on the first floor can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
The property is not equipped with air conditioning or a TV, but guests have access to WiFi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with two burners, a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with a seating set, guests can enjoy views of the surroundings.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them.
Guests have access to a private parking space within the accommodation itself.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
The minimal stay is five night.
