This modernly equipped accommodation, built in 2023, is located in the center of the village of Sikia. Just a few minutes’ walk away is a square with cafes, restaurants, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The accommodation is an ideal choice for those seeking privacy with a splendid view of the mountain, located about 4.5 km from the beach of Sikia.

There are a total of four accommodation units (36m2) available, which are structured as four-bed studios on two levels (4 Bed Studio, Two-level) and can accommodate up to four adults. One of the units is adapted for persons with disabilities (4 Bed Studio, Two-level, Disability Access).

The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a drawer bed for two people. On the upper level, which is in the attic and accessed by internal stairs, there is a French bed. An additional bed cannot be added.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, where all units have mosquito nets, air conditioning units are located above the stairs on the upper level, and guests have access to free WiFi, a smart TV, a hairdryer, and an iron. The kitchen is modernly equipped with necessary dining utensils, a two-burner hob, a standard refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a frappe maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

All accommodation units have their own separate veranda from the living room, equipped with a table and chairs and a sun umbrella. The veranda overlooks a beautifully landscaped lawn, equipped with large tables and chairs under a vine that provides natural shade in the yard. Right next to it is a shared barbecue area.

All accommodation units have views of the courtyard and the mountain.

The yard features a children’s playground with slides and a trampoline.

Pets are not allowed to stay.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment. Linen and towel change is done every 3 days.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but free parking can be found nearby along the street.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
