Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Chalkias Rooms is located in the center of the village Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki.
Just a few minutes walk away is the square with cafes, restaurants, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies. Accommodation is an ideal choice for those seeking privacy with a beautiful view of the mountain, located about 4.5 km from the beach of Sikia.
This modernly equipped accommodation, built in 2023, offers a total of four accommodation units (36m2), which in their structure represent four-bed studios on two levels (4 Bed Studio, Two-level) and can accommodate up to four adults. One of the units is adapted for people with disabilities (4 Bed Studio, Two-level, Disability Access).
The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two. On the upper level, which is in the attic and accessed by internal stairs, there is a double bed. Adding an extra bed is not possible.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where all units have mosquito nets, air conditioners are located above the stairs on the upper level, and guests have access to free WiFi, smart TV, hairdryer, iron. The kitchen is modernly equipped with necessary dining utensils, a hob with two burners, a standard refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a frappe maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
All accommodation units have their own separate veranda from the living room, which has a table with chairs and a sun umbrella. The veranda offers a view of the beautifully landscaped lawn, equipped with large tables with chairs under a grapevine that provides natural shade in the yard. Right next to it is a shared barbecue.

The yard features a children's playground with slides and a trampoline.
Pets are not allowed to stay.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but nearby the accommodation, along the street, a free parking space can be found.
