Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for PotosStavros and Sotiria Rooms is the accommodation in the center of Potos, a minute away from the beach. The location is great because you're close to everything, moreover, the terraces are turned towards the inside and sheltered from noise.
The city beach is 50m away, as well as the nearest restaurants and shops.
The accommodation consists of five studios. There are four studios on the first floor. Both double studios (12m2) have two single beds and the quadruple (18m2) has one double bed smaller than standard and two single beds. The triple studio (18m2) has one double and a single bed, and if necessary, one extra bed can be added. On the second floor, there's one more triple studio (15m2), with one double and a single bed.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a terrace with table and chairs, facing the surrounding buildings and sheltered from noise.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is provided every four days.
Free public parking is located at about 200m from the accommodation, at the end of the promenade by the sea, while the other parking is at the main intersection and is charged 3e per day.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, turn to the right into the last alley before the central intersection and you'll see Stavros and Sotiria Rooms on your left, just across the rent a bike.
We recommend this accommodation to couples and a large group of friends company that'd like to be in the center of events, close to the beach and other facilities that Potos offers.

Owner description
Our accommodation is situated in the center of Potos, only 50m from the beach. Nearby, there are shops and supermarkets, bakery and restaurants.
We have five studios. They are spacious, very clean and they provide all the amenities for our customers to have a nice stay. There are different types of studios available, for 2-4 persons. All are equipped with a TV, A/C and comfortable beds, have a well-equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom.
Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is performed every 3-4 days.
Free public parking is also available.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, 30ak metara od plaže i sve vam je u blizini. Domaćini su veoma ljubazni i stvarno zaslužuju sve pohvale.

Čist i svetao apartman u samom centru Potosa na samo 2 minuta od gradske plaže. Osoblje ljubazno, sve proteklo u najbolje redu.

Zadovoljni smo smeštajem, vlasnici vrlo ljubazni i korektni, čisćenje smeštaja dva puta za vreme boravka, lokacija super, jedina zamerka je parking.

Odličan smeštaj, čisto,a vlasnici odgovorni i predusretljivi. Potpuno tačan opis na sajtu i sve se može lepo videti na slikama. Ponovo bismo otišli tamo.
