The property offers a ground-floor apartment designed to accommodate two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for two children.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
