Accommodation description

Parla House is a spacious and pleasantly secluded accommodation located near the village of Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated 4,500 m from Paralia Sykias Beach and 1,100 m from the center of Sykia, it offers a unique opportunity to experience the authentic Greek countryside. The property is located close to the farm owned by the hosts, providing guests with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere typical of a rural setting, while still allowing them to enjoy a seaside holiday just a short distance from one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful coastlines.

The property consists of two five-person studios and one six-person studio, accommodating up to five and six adults respectively. All studios are arranged over two levels – the ground floor and a loft located on the first-floor level. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the loft offers an open-plan sleeping area. In the smaller studios, guests are accommodated on one double bed, one sofa bed for two people, and one single sofa bed. The larger studio features one double bed and two sofa beds for the remaining guests.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon prior request during the reservation process.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, and guests have access to WiFi, as well as a smart flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in cooktop featuring four ceramic hobs, a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle. A microwave oven and a washing machine are available exclusively in the six-person studio. A hairdryer is also provided throughout the stay.

This accommodation is an excellent choice for guests traveling with pets. Reflecting the owners’ genuine love for animals, there are no size restrictions, additional charges, or deposits for four-legged companions. Moreover, guests will have the opportunity to interact with animals, as the owners’ farm is located in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Housekeeping, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are provided every fourth day, reflecting the special attention devoted to cleanliness and hygiene.

Each accommodation unit includes one private parking space.

Parla House is the perfect destination for relaxation and enjoying nature, especially for those who do not want to choose between the charm of the countryside and the sea, or between a beach holiday and spending quality time with their pets. The property is located 10 km from the popular Kriaritsi Beach and 12 km from Sarti, while the nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 143 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Discounts

For reservations for period from 08.07.2026 to 30.09.2026, for stays of 2 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
The discount applies exclusively to the guests staying at the accommodation with pets.
