Dos Hermanas House is located in the village of Sykia, 3.5 km from a sandy beach. Sykia is a peaceful, traditional village on the eastern coast of Sithonia, known for its authentic atmosphere, warm hospitality, and beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. Thanks to its location, it is an excellent starting point for exploring the many hidden coves and natural beauties of this part of Halkidiki.

This modern ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room features a sofa bed suitable for one person.

A baby cot is not available in this accommodation.

The apartment is air-conditioned, with the air conditioning unit located in the living room. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The veranda, furnished with outdoor seating, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding area and the mountain.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean. Every four days, they are provided with a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they replace themselves.

Private parking is not available. However, guests can park free of charge along the street directly in front of the accommodation, where parking spaces are usually available.

Dos Hermanas House is located 10 km from Kalamitsi, famous for its beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear waters and peaceful atmosphere. Sarti is 12 km away and is one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, offering a long sandy beach, a seaside promenade, numerous restaurants, and cafés. Neos Marmaras is 45 km from the property and is one of the liveliest destinations in Sithonia, known for its picturesque harbor, rich tourist offer, and numerous excursion opportunities. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport, located 141 km from the accommodation.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
