Kougionis Rooms is located in a small coastal village of Valti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, about 7 km from Sykia and only about 50 meters from the beach. Situated in a peaceful environment, away from the crowds typical of larger resorts, this accommodation is a good choice for families and guests who wish to spend their vacation in close proximity to the sea, with more privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. The position in the southern part of Sithonia also allows easy access to the surrounding beaches, while the well-kept yard and secure parking contribute to a practical and pleasant stay.

Offering one triple studio located on the ground floor, consisting of a unique space with a sleeping area and kitchen, as well as a bathroom. Designed for up to three adults, guests have at their disposal a double bed narrower than standard size and a single bed for sleeping. The functional organization of the space makes it suitable for small families, couples, or guests who seek practical accommodation near the sea during their vacation.

For the youngest guests, a baby cot can be provided upon request at no additional charge, making it easier for parents to organize their trip and allowing for a more convenient stay with a small child.

This air-conditioned studio with mosquito nets features air conditioning, WiFi internet, and a Smart TV with satellite channels and apps for enjoying favorite content. The kitchen area is equipped with a glass ceramic hob with two heating zones, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster, allowing guests to prepare simple meals and beverages during their stay. A hairdryer is also available as additional equipment.

The bathroom features a built-in shower without a curtain.

Adjacent to the studio is a private veranda overlooking the yard, suitable for outdoor relaxation and unwinding during warmer parts of the day. Guests have access to a landscaped and fenced yard with a well-maintained lawn and natural shade, providing a pleasant space for staying outside the studio. A private portable grill is available for outdoor cooking.

Special attention is devoted to cleanliness, with regular cleaning done every two days, including towel changes, while bed linen is changed after four nights. Guests also have access to additional cleaning service at no extra charge, which needs to be requested in advance for the owners to organize for the next day, as well as laundry service.

Guests arriving by their own vehicle have one private parking space at their disposal, contributing to a more convenient stay and facilitating daily exploration of the surrounding beaches and other places in Sithonia.

Valti is a small coastal village on the eastern coast of Sithonia, suitable for guests interested in a peaceful vacation in a natural environment, away from the crowds and intense nightlife of larger resorts. The beach, after which the village is named, is sandy and about 500 meters long, with a gradual entry into the water and a longer shallow area, making it suitable for families with children. Thanks to its position in a sheltered bay, the sea is mostly calm, while some parts of the beach feature sun loungers, a bar, and a tavern. Most of the coast is left to visitors with their own equipment, contributing to its relaxed atmosphere and natural appearance. Nearby are numerous beaches in the southern part of Sithonia, including Griavas, Agridia, Sykia, Klimataria, Pigadaki, and Kriarici, allowing guests to explore various coves and parts of the peninsula’s coast during their vacation. The accommodation is approximately 139 kilometers away from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
