Hotel Description

Rodon House Villa is located on Tripiti beach and has a pool and bar in a spacious courtyard. Apartments and studios can be booked on a half-board basis. Some accommodation units offer sea views.

There are several restaurants and two cafes on Tripiti beach. All other facilities are located in Limenaria, which is 3km away.

The villa consists of multiple buildings, built cascading. It was built in 2001 and renovated in 2014. It offers a large number of accommodation units of various capacities, including one-bedroom apartments (some of which may be located 2-3 steps below the courtyard level), studios (some of which also have a 2-3 step descent to the entrance), and two-bedroom apartments. The units offer views of the sea, surroundings, or courtyard.

A duplex apartment with two bedrooms is located in the attic and offers a sea view. It is designed for up to six people and each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two sofa beds. It also has two bathrooms. This unit has been completely renovated for the 2023 season.

There is also a suite (around 60m2) consisting of two studios. It has two bathrooms, two double beds, and two sofa beds. Its sea view is slightly obstructed by tall trees.

The studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, and a terrace (some of which is not fenced on both sides). Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every other day, and bed linen is changed twice a week (every three to four days).

Guests can use sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, but purchasing a drink at the bar is required if you wish to sit by the sea.

The owners are a Greek-Italian couple, so the villa restaurant offers both Greek and Italian cuisine. Breakfast is continental buffet style (eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, jam, bread, cereals, and sweets), while dinner is a la carte and consists of salad, fruit or dessert, and a main course which can be traditional Greek, fish, meat, or pasta. Drinks are not included in the price.

In the spacious courtyard filled with grassy areas and shade, there are seating sets, toys for children, a shower, pool, bar, restaurant, and parking.

There is space for eight to ten vehicles within the courtyard, while other guests can park on the street in front of the villa.

When approaching from the direction of Prinos by car, 3km before Limenaria, you will see a sign on the right side of the main road for the Blue Dream Palace hotel. Next to the sign on the right side, a road descends towards Tripiti beach. Follow that road and after a few hundred meters, after the Green Sea hotel, you will see Rodon House.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
