Our description
Badis Haus is located about 70m from the sea, the closest supermarket is about 20m away, and it consists of two buildings. It is a great choice for families with children and for those who want a peaceful holiday.
On the ground floor of the first building there is a restaurant, and on the first floor there are two studios, six rooms and two apartments. In the same yard is another building with eleven studios and five apartments.
Rooms (18m2) have one double bed, while the studios have one double bed and a sofa for one person. Apartments (40-45m2) can accommodate 2-4 people. The first type of apartment has one double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms, while the kitchen is separated on a covered balcony. The other type of apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen, while the third type of apartment has one double bed and single bed, as well as a folding sofa bed for one person.
All accommodation units have a kitchen (except rooms), bathroom, internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, separated balcony, safe and hairdryer.
For all guests private parking is provided in the yard. The yard is landscaped and spacious, with grassy and paved surfaces.
Cleaning is done daily, and the bed linen is changing every 3-4 days.
The house was renovated in 2016, so it is recommended to everyone who love modernly furnished accommodation, near the sea and other amenities.

Located in the center of Toroni, Badis Haus offers air-conditioned accommodation with balcony or patio, restaurant and lush garden. All rooms, studios and apartments with two bedrooms in the house Badis have satellite TV, free wireless internet, bathroom with hairdryer and mini-fridge. The studios and apartments include a kitchenette with a cooking plate. Free private parking is available on site.
Guests may start their day with a continental breakfast or enjoy Greek dishes for lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant.
The sandy beach is 70m away, mini market for the general supplies is 30m away. Neos Marmaras is 20km away. Thessaloniki International Airport is 128km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je vise nego odlican.Vlasnici kao i osoblje hotela i restorana vrlo ljubazno,parking je u dvoristu hotela gde je vecina parking mesta u hladovini,30-tak metara od prelepe plaze,marketi i restorani u najblizem okruzenju.Po nasem misljenju ipak najbolja teverna je bas Badis Haus koja se nalazi u sklopu objekta.Pravo mesto za odmor iz snova i sve moguce preporuke.Hvala Nikana!

Poštovana, Unazad 4 godine dolazimo u Toroni. Svaki put smo imali drugi smeštaj ali posle Badisa više ga nećemo menjati. Vrlo smo zadovoljni smeštajem a najviše čistoćom, blizinom plaže i izvanrednoj hrani u istoimenom restoranu! Dakle više ne menjamo smeštaj!!!
