Toroni Maisonettes is the accommodation tucked in quiet street in Toroni, built to provide its guests complete comfort and the feeling of staying at your own home. Equipped with quality furniture and all necessary appliances, the maisonettes are synonym for a comfortable and peaceful holiday, as well as the right price and quality ratio. Each maisonette has a separate, enclosed yard, which will make families with small children safe. A fantastic sandy beach is nearby, as well as several excellent taverns.
The center of Toroni, with several famous taverns and a supermarket, is 500m away, but in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (100m), there’s a small grocery store. The beach is at only 100m, it’s arranged and the parasols and deck chairs are provided with an ordered drink.
There are four maisonettes (80m2) available. They consist of two floors, have a side sea view and accommodate up to seven people. They’re air-conditioned, have a washing machine, aspirator, fireplace, security door, WiFi internet (each has its own router), mosquito nets on the door, enclosed yard (40m2) with a portable grill, table with chairs and a wire for drying clothes.
On the ground floor, there’s a sofa bed for two, a spacious dining room with a kitchen and a small toilette with a washing machine. On the first floor, there’s a bedroom with one double bed, bathroom with a shower and another bedroom with two bunk beds and a drawer bed underneath the lower bed, for three children. The kitchen is fully equipped, with necessary dishes, large fridge and electric stove. There are two sets of towels and bed linen available. Cleaning and replacement of linen are done every 3-4 days.
Private parking is not available, but it’s allowed to park in the main street, 50m from the accommodation. Small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner.
After entering Toroni, drive the street by the beach, pass the Afrodita tavern and 500m later turn into a fourth alley after the tavern. You’ll see Toroni Maisonettes at the turning point.

Toroni Maisonettes is a complex of houses (80m2) that consists of a spacious living room, a toilet (downstairs), two bedrooms and a bathroom (upstairs). It features tile floors (excellent quality) throughout, aluminum (reclining) with double insulated windows and screens on all doors, staircase, a large trifoliate wardrobe, A/C, fireplace, security door, fully furnished (with all necessary furniture, beds, nightstands, sofas, dining furniture (living room), garden, etc.) and complete electrical equipment (fridge, cooker, extractor fan, washing machine in each apartment) and (free) WiFi internet. Each maisonette has its own router, so the internet signal is very good.
Each house has a 40sqm landscaped garden (exclusive use by the purchaser) with an individual portable barbecue. It is bright, painted, with large terraces and stunning sea views, just 30 meters from the beach (sandy beach amazing, prized for many years until today with the Blue Flag) and YPERaristi situation. Each house belongs in a gated complex for greater security and is close to the commercial center of Toroni (supermarket, cafes, bus stop, restaurants and general stores).
Cleaning and replacement of linen are done every 3-4 days. If needed more, the set can be washed in the washing machine.
There’s no private parking, but it can be parked in front of the accommodation.
Just 1,5km from Toroni located in Porto Koufos with fantastic restaurants and the small port (for any type of boat), 1km is Tristinika with fantastic turquoise beaches, 10km is Kalamitsi, 14km the Kriaritsi, 20km and 26km Sykia the Sarti (one of the busiest parts of Halkidiki) and camping Armenisti. On the other side of Toroni is located just 20km Marmaris (with plenty of shops, meeting the needs of tourists of the second leg of Halkidiki) and is located 65km Poligiros (the capital of Halkidiki with the hospital).

Prices and room types
- The accommodation may be rented for one year, one month or a shorter period during the summer season (not less than seven nights).
- A baby aged up to 0,99 years stays free of charge and it’s not included in the accommodation capacity.
- Each additional person aged one year and more is charged 10e per night.
- If the exact number of persons staying in the maisonette is not registered before the reservations, it will be extra additionally.
For reservations for period from 01.05.2021 to 31.10.2021, for stays of 31 nights and more, discount of 10 euros per day is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
