Only few steps away from the beach in new part of Sarti, there is Zogia House. It is ideal for the couples because all the necessary amenities of this small place are nearby.
The beach is only 30m far from the house, where is also a beach bar Bel Air of the same owner, while bakery and market are at 50m. Center of the place with promenade and other amenities is at 350m.
It offers one four-bed, two three-bed and six two-bed studios. The four-bed superior studio has one double bed and bunk beds and is located on the second floor (third, top floor). The Superior three-bed studio has a double bed and a single bed, it is also located on the second floor (third, top floor). Two three-bed studios with garden view, each with one double bed and one single bed, are located on the high ground floor (first floor), and two are located on the first floor (second floor). Six two-bed studios each are arranged on the high ground floor (first floor) and first floor (second floor). Four of them on both floors have street view, and two of them have garden view.
All studios have air conditioning, TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Kitchen is equipped with hotplates and small fridge. In the bathroom is an edged showering space with curtain. On the balcony are table and chairs. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, are done every four days.
The house doesn't have a courtyard, neither a private parking, but you can park in front or on the public parking which is 250m far. The sun beds and parasols are available in the beach bar for free if you order a drink.
When you enter Sarti next to the club Fact, continue straight, on the first crossroad again straight, then turn to the first street on the right and continue straight around 400m and you will see the house on the left.
If you are looking for accommodation in which one you will relax, but stay close to all amenities, then this house is the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
