If you want to stay in one of the most luxurious accommodations in Toroni, near the beautiful sandy beach, accommodation Toroni Luxury Villas is the right choice for you.
The luxury maisonette (153m2) complex is located about 150m from the beach, the main promenade and the nearest store.
It consists of four maisonettes.
Maisonettes on the ground floor have a living room, equipped kitchen with a stove and aspirator, dishwasher, large fridges, electric kettle and toaster, dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) with two single beds and a double bed. On the second floor, in the attic, there is a king size double bed, a double sofa bed and a bathroom. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with a curtain, there is a hairdryer, as well as washing and drying machine.
All four maisonettes are air-conditioned, have internet, TV in every room, mosquito nets and safe deposit box. Each has a storage room in the basement. One maisonette is more luxurious than the others, but the layout is the same in each one. Cleaning, as well as replacing linen and towels, is done every 3-4 days.
Each maisonette have a separate courtyard with covered barbecue and a kitchen, parking, table tennis table and bicycles that guests can use for free. Up to eight adults and two children can stay in each maisonette.
You can reach the accommodation by driving down the main street by the sea. When you pass the mini market Smile, you will drive another 200m and turn into the second street to the left (counting from the Smile market). After 50m you will see Toroni Luxury Villas.
Toroni Luxury Villas can be a great choice for two families who want to enjoy a luxurious accommodation in a quiet location, not far from the beach and the main promenade.

The Toroni Luxury Villas complex consisting of four independent new villas is a unique destination located in Toroni village on Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki. A luxury and comfortable place by the sea. In a large fenced yard allows the children to play safely while the adults can relax with privacy in a gazebo with barbecue.
This quiet place with a wonderful mountain and sea view is perfect for a memorable comfortable and luxurious vacation away from traffic noise. There is a private parking for the guest's convenience. Individually designed spacious rooms only 150 meters away from the Toroni beach. Make a gift to yourself and enjoy a unique relaxation!
Each villa (230m2) may comfortably host up to eight guests plus two children in four bedrooms with four beds and four bathrooms.
Deluxe Villa is a combination of traditional and modern style in comfortable rooms. This villa has a Jacuzzi in the attic with a splendid mountain and sea view!
Orange Villa offers cozy and comfortable luxury rooms with modern design!
Villa Natalie offers cozy and comfortable luxury rooms with modern design!
White Villa offers cozy and comfortable luxury rooms with a Mediterranean design!

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
