Our description
Butterfly House is located in very peaceful part of Toroni. Tucked in a small courtyard, it can be an ideal accommodation for families of 4-5 members who wants to spend a peaceful, family vacation.
From the sandy beach is around 150m far and from the closest market and tavern around 160m.
In the offer is one six-bed apartment (63m2) on the ground floor which has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in second one, one small sofa in the room with kitchen and separated living room. It also has a three bed apartment (28m2) on the ground floor which has a queen size bed and a single bed in bedroom and separated kitchen.
Both apartments are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, dining table with chairs inside and outside, on the balcony, drying rack, hair dryer. Bigger apartment has a shower with curtain in the bathroom, while the small one has just a shower and tiles. In the kitchen of bigger apartment is a stove, while in the small one are just hot plates. In the both apartments is fridge with freezer compartment. Bed linen and towels are being replaced every five days.
In the courtyard there is a barbecue on guest's disposal. Private parking doesn't exist, but next to the accommodation is enough parking space.
In order to reach Butterfly House, when you enter Toroni, drive by the street next to the beach and before bar Vuthos turn and continue straight on the dirt road. Drive for about 150m and you will see the accommodation on the left.
We recommend the accommodation to the families to whom is important to stay on the quiet location, but close to the beach and other amenities.

Owners description
Butterfly House is located in Toroni, Halkidiki and it offers two apartments.
The duplex apartment (70m2) has two bedrooms (with one double i.e. two single beds), a living room (with a sofa bed), a large kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. It accommodates 5-6 people.
The second apartment (30m2) has a bedroom with one double and a single bed, a small kitchen with a dining area and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. It accommodates four people.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
