Our description
If you are looking for an accommodation on quiet location, close to the beach, Alpha Studios in Toroni can be a good choice. We recommend it for families with children, but also for all those who want quality and privacy.
Accommodation is located at 330m from the sandy beach, as well from the closest market and other amenities.
In total there are three studios on the first floor, three studios on the ground floor and one studio for disabled people on the low ground floor (2 Bed Studio AMEA in the price list). Two quadruple studios (30m2), one on the first floor and one on the ground floor, both are equipped the same, with a double bed and bunk beds, while four double studios (21m2), two on the first floor and two on the ground floor, have two merged single beds, above is a mattress, so they look like a double bed, but the beds can be separated if needed. All studios have balconies with chairs and table. Studio for disabled people has two single beds and in front of it there is unfenced space that can be used as veranda.
All studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, drying racks, shower with curtain and hair dryer in the bathroom and kitchen with a fridge with freezer compartment and hot plates. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning are done every three days.
Accommodation has a small courtyard, but on the rooftop has a big common balcony where guests can enjoy and make barbecue. There is a big parking space in front of the accommodation.
In order to reach Alpha Studios, when you enter Toroni, drive by the street next to the beach and after you pass the tavern Afroditi, turn right in the small passage and drive for 300m more, after turn right again and after 30m you will see the accommodation.
Alpha Studios can be a great choice for couples and families with children who want to spend a peaceful vacation.

Owners description
The accommodation is located in the center of Toroni, behind the church of Agios Athanasios, and it consists of four levels, basement, mezzanine, first floor and a rooftop terrace. it was fully renovated for the season 2019, with three studios available on the first floor. For the season 2020, there will be three more studios in the basement, one studio for the disabled persons in the basement, the reception, roof garden and a barbecue.
Studios (B1, B2 and B3) on the first floor are air-conditioned, have a kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator, kettle and a microwave oven, a spacious bathroom with a shower, card locks, a room lamp board and a terrace with table and chairs.
Studio B1 accommodates up to four persons in one double and two mounted bunk beds. The studios B2 and B3 accommodate up to two people in two single beds.
This accommodation also has a modern water treatment system (desalination and disinfection with UV softener and 10000l tank water autonomy).
Bed linen and towels are replaced after four nights, and trash bin is emptied every day upon request

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.

The best host and best apartment in Greece so far that i`v been. From first step you can feel love and hospitality. Apartment is located in quiet and secluded part of Toroni so we did not have problem with noise. Yes, there is a church near but when windows are closed almost nothing you can hear from outside. Bed is great, big, spacious and comfortable. Warm watter during whole day. Everything is new, clean and good quality. They take care of every small detail to make your vacation better. The owner, Gianni is very kind man, always near by for everything you can think about. We wish him all the best in life and promise that we will visit him again. Branko&Tanja

Smeštaj po nama za svaku preporuku. Čisto, uredno i na sve su mislili. Vlasnik smeštaja Gianni izuzetan domaćin. Imali smo osećaj da ga odavno poznajemo. Svaki dan nam je davao smernice gde šta možemo obići i gde šta kupiti. Za sve što nam je trebalo je uvek bio tu. Verujem da se nećete pokajati ako odaberete ovaj smeštaj.

Preko ovog sajta smo rezervisali dvokrevetni apartman na prvom spratu od 10.08-20.08, ali do sada nismo dobili broj racuna na koji da uplatimo depozit niti prihvacena

Our experience was above expectations. Total value for money. Brand new, well equipped and very clean as well as change of towels and bedsheets. The internet was great all around the house. The house has rooftop available for all guests, well equipped for barbeque, tables and chairs. The rooftop was our favorite place to enjoy our food, coffee, drinks in a quiet atmosphere, great view and breeze wind. The host Gianni is extremely nice, helpful and professional. He kept in touch with us providing us daily information on the weather and advices how to get the best experience while our stay (beaches, restaurants, events). Definitely great vacation, we are coming back! Thank you Gianni!

Hello, I've received a recommendation for your apartments from some friends of mine, but I couldn't come to you, yet. Maybe we'll see this year even if there are many problems with Covid-19 pandemic. So, I ask you to send me your best offer for 7-8 nights between the 24th of July and the 1st of august.
