Dora Villa is a magnificent private complex located just a few steps away from the beach. Our house is perfectly situated on the first line, providing you with a breathtaking view and easy access to the water.
Ground floor: Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, and a convenient bathroom.
1st floor: Two bedrooms, one with two single beds, ideal for children, and the other with a double bed. An additional bathroom for your comfort.
2nd floor: Another bedroom with a beautiful double bed.
Equipment and amenities: Fresh linens and towels are provided, air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort, Wi-Fi and TV for your entertainment, a washing machine for your laundry needs, as well as an iron and ironing board. Room cleaning once upon check-in.
Exterior description: Enjoy the peace of your private garden in front of the house, perfect for relaxation. You can also make use of the barbecue for wonderful outdoor meals. Parking is available for your convenience.
The beach is 50 meters away, the center of Neos Marmaras is 8 kilometers away, and the nearest supermarket is 500 meters from the accommodation. The airport is 120 km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
