Our description

Phoenix Studios is a cozy accommodation on a quiet location, in the old part of Sarti, not far from the beach and from the center with all amenities. It's ideal for all to whom the location is important, as well as that the accommodation is new and modern.

It's located 300m from the sandy city beach, and about 200m from the center, nearest market and bakery.

Phoenix Studios is a newly built complex with eight studios (23m2). Double studios have one double bed, while the triple have one double and a single bed. In some triple studios, four people can stay, because, beside one double, there's a drawer bed. The studios are air-conditioned, with equipped kitchen, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and hairdryer. Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is performed after three days.

There's a barbecue in the courtyard and plenty of facilities for children. Private parking is not available, but in front of and around the accommodation, there's plenty of parking space.

Arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, turn off the main road to the second street left, continue ahead and turn to the third street left. 80m later, you'll see the accommodation on the left.

Phoenix Studios is a great choice for couples, families with young children and anyone who'd like to enjoy comfortable and carefully arranged accommodation with very friendly owners.

Phoenix Studios is newly built complex made of eight apartments, located in sight full and most popular place in Sitonia. Sarti is a place famous for its specific beauty, a combination of greenery and crystal clean water. It offers popular beaches, but also wild bays that you can find and explore by yourself. Studios are specially and modernly designed and they're perfect for relaxation and a real vacation. Their capacity is four persons and it's categorized with three keys.

Owners are kind and nice, and all the complex offers excellent service to its guests. Every day they clean and change towels and sheets.

The complex has double and triple studios with a possibility to add one more bed at the price of 5e per night.

Every studio is equipped with modern furniture and it has one double and a single bed, completely equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, toaster, electrical pitcher, dining set and plates for cooking and meals), hairdryer, safe, private balcony with view on a garden.

In a nicely decorated yard, there is a summer house with sitting set and barbecue, also some space with toys for children. The house has WiFi internet, protection from mosquitoes, fax, reception, as the person that will give you all information needed about Sarti, Sithonia and Halkidiki.

The complex Phoenix is at 150m from the beautiful beach in Sarti. The beach in Sarti is famous for its nice and crystal water and its voted for one of 10 most beautiful in Greece. Close to Sarti, there are long beautiful beaches as a must see Kavouritripes beach, Achlada, Portokali, Tourkolimnioanas and Klimataria. Kavourotripes is famous for the pine trees that goes to the same water. If you want qualitative and new accommodation close to the center and beach in Sarti, Phoenix can be an excellent choice.

Sithonia has many remarkable historical sites, as well as places of unique physical beauty. During your vacation in Phoenix Studios, we suggest you visit the Monastery of Xiropotamos with its magnificent church, built in the 19th century. Near Sarti, you can also visit the graphic harbour, the windmills and the ancient temple remains in Sykia. Mount Athos is just opposite of Sarti village. It is a monastic community, well-known for its spiritual aura and its peaceful idyllic landscape. The visit and the stay in the monasteries are only allowed to men. There is a small boat that departs from a nearby small harbour and takes you to a cruise along the western side of Mount Athos making a stop at the traditional port of Ouranoupoli village. Other impressive places to visit in Sithonia are:

- The traditional village of Parthenonas and the Porto Carras Complex and the pine area of Psaria, all near Neos Marmaras
- The Old-Christian Basilica in Nikiti
- The Byzantine castle ruins and Agios Athanasios Church in Toroni
- The small islands off the coast of Vourvourou village

Just 100 meters from the Phoenix Studios complex in Sarti Halkidiki is the dazzling beach of Sarti, recently voted as one of the top 10 beaches in Greece, a golden-sandy beach with crystal clear water, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Also, the other local beaches such as Kavourotripes, Achlada, Portokali, Tourkolimnionas and Klimataria are amazing beaches and sites of the unique landscape. The exquisite beach of Kavourotripes is a must see. There are pine trees almost reaching down to the water, and on the grey rock formations of this cove, you will admire the lying mermaid carved onto them. Other beautiful beaches of Sithonia are those ofToroni, Azapiko, Elia, Kalogria, Kalamitsi and Paradissos, Banana and Karydi.
