Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

In the offer are studios (20m2) which are three, four steps above the ground level. There are seven of them, some with a double and a single bed and some with double bed and bunk beds.
All units have a kitchen with a large refrigerator and two hotplates, as well as bathroom, air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets and balcony with table and chairs.
They are surrounded by a spacious yard with a maintained lawn, gazebo, barbecue and tables with chairs. In the yard there is also a guaranteed parking for all guests.

Good morning! My name is Rose-Marie Costetchi. I am writing to ask you to allow us a dream vacation in your country. The period is August 16 - 26, 2025. Our group consists of 4 families, who for 11 years only go to Greece in the summer. The accommodation requirement for our group is as follows: - three double rooms (2 adults each from the Costetchi, Chiper and Gheorghe families) - two triples for the Scarlat family, one (they also have a small puppy, we are interested if you are a pet friend, very polite and used to vacations, it is a small teckel ). Another triple, for the young ladies of 13-17 years old, 3 girls, of our families. We are interested in the rate for a double and triple room, with and without breakfast.
