Accommodation description

Not far from Toroni, only180m from sandy beach Tristinika there are Anestis Bungalows.

In the offer are studios (20m2) which are three, four steps above the ground level. There are seven of them, some with a double and a single bed and some with double bed and bunk beds.

All units have a kitchen with a large refrigerator and two hotplates, as well as bathroom, air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets and balcony with table and chairs.

They are surrounded by a spacious yard with a maintained lawn, gazebo, barbecue and tables with chairs. In the yard there is also a guaranteed parking for all guests.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

I will not repeat the description of the accommodation, as Branka has already written everything I would have said. I would only like to point out that the accommodation is a bit outside of "civilization," which is why it is so peaceful and quiet that you can hear the waves, if they are present. Thus, it is very close to a beach that is long enough to allow you a true rest, accompanied only by the sounds of the sea and seagulls. If you desire a tavern, market, etc., Toroni is just 10 minutes away. Additionally, there are many beautiful small places with wonderful beaches nearby. I would especially commend the hosts, Maria and her husband, who are exceptionally kind and accommodating. Also, all praise goes to the Nikana team, who help us year after year to easily and simply find and book accommodation in Greece.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 4,5% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
