Our description
Efi Studios is an accommodation located on a private beach in Vourvourou, in the yard with plenty of natural shade, parking and barbecue. The beach is narrow and sandy, but there are also large stones in the water. Some of the studios have a fantastic sea view. It can be a great choice for those who want to stay in a quiet location, in a natural environment.
The accommodation is about 650m away from the first market and tavern.
There are nine studios located on semi-based, first and second floor. 2-bed studio (22m2) has one double bed and a small balcony (4.5m2). Five 3-bed studios (25m2) have one double and one single bed and balcony (6m2). Three 4-bed studios (27m2) have a balcony (8m2), one double and a bunk bed.
The studios are air conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets on the windows, kitchen and bathroom. In some studios, the bathrooms are very small. The owners are very kind and always ready to help their guests, you can ask them for hairdryer if you need it, and for an extra charge, you can use washing machine. Cleaning, as well as replacing of bedding and towels, is done every three days.
The yard is spacious and fenced, with covered parking, gazebo and barbecue. There are also deck chairs that you can use.
You will arrive at the Efi accommodation by turning left from the main road in Vourvourou right after the supermarket, then you will drive another 1.6km and you will see Efi Studios on the left.
Efi Studios is recommended for families with children due to the large yard where children can play safely and the fact that the house is on the beach.

Owners description
Next to the sea, with a surrounding area of four acres full of pine trees and flowers is where you will find the newly built Efi Studios.
The studios can accommodate up to four people and they are all fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, bath, television, air-condition (A/C) as well as balconies with a view of the Gulf of Vourvourou and the island of Diaporos.
In the garden the visitor will find a parking area, while at the barbecue, next to the beach, you can enjoy your meal, your coffee or your drink. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, canteens, bars and the bus station.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Uveliko kasnim sa ocenom smestaja Efi ali pomoci ce za sezonu koja nam dolazi. Efi studia su na idealnoj lokaciji, pored samog mora i velikom bastom. Kvalietet vode na majusnoj plazici nije los u poredjenju sa vodom na plazama u blizini. Ali je sasvim ok za dane kada vam se ne ide nigde i zelite odmor i opustanje uz zvukove i miris mora. Hladovina na raspolaganju kao i lezaljke, i kuhinja na otvorenom sa rostiljem. Studia sama po sebi su mozda manja za kurpulentnije osobe, kreveti kraci za one visocije. Higijena izvrsna, zahvaljujuci gospodji koja je zaduzena za istu. Vorvuru je manje mesto, sa par taverni i par marketa koji imaju sve. Oni sa kolima mogu u obilazak mesta u blizini. Preporuka je iznajmljivanje motornog camca za obilazak plaza koje su fenomenalne. Kome ne smeta velicina studia, sve ostalo je za preporuku. Veliki pozdrav za Nikana.gr!
