An excellent choice for those who appreciate privacy and tranquility in their accommodation, while also wanting to explore various nearby beaches.

...The accommodation is the greatest advantage of the location. All studios, whether they are triple or quadruple, are relatively small - about 20 square meters, plus another 6 for the terrace, which is sufficient for three people, possibly four, if two are small children. The accommodation itself is older, and so is the furnishing - the furniture is worn out, but the beds are wooden and still serve well, with a bit of creaking. The kitchen elements and wardrobe are made of particle board, so moisture has taken a toll on them. In any future renovation, I believe that due to the limited space, open elements, racks, and shelves would be more appropriate. In our studio, the kitchen drawer could not be opened if the entrance door was closed because it hit the door wing. The mattresses are thinner and firmer, as are the pillows, which may be a problem for some. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and I believe expanded, which has significantly contributed to comfort. The problem is that hot water is not always available, and this seems to depend on consumption, since it is, I assume, a central boiler (not solar), and its capacity is insufficient to cover peak consumption. Equipment is replaced as things break - we had a new refrigerator and TV, but an old air conditioning unit that still worked well. There is a toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, as well as a hairdryer. The dishes and cutlery are mismatched, but there are enough of them; some items are missing - a good knife, ladle, spatula, but I believe all of that can be obtained upon request. Dish detergent is provided, as well as a sponge, and in the bathroom, liquid soap and toilet paper. Along with the outdoor grill, there is also a refrigerator and a mini stove with an oven, so that can also compensate for the relatively poor older stove in the accommodation itself, for those who intend to cook more. Basic cleaning and garbage disposal (their bags) is done daily, and bed linen and towel changes occur every three nights, even more often if needed. A problem may be the WiFi, which is weak or non-existent in the rooms - which depends on the distance from the router: one is on the outer wall of the building on the ground floor - facing the street and passage, so the farther half of the studio has no signal, and the other is under the grill's awning, covering the yard towards the beach. Mosquito nets are only on the windows, so there are mosquitoes, but there is also an electric device with a replaceable cartridge that is also provided. Since there is a lot of pine in the yard, there are other insects as well, but nothing too alarming. The yard is not crowded - there are plenty of sun loungers, chairs, and tables... The beach in front of the accommodation is a bit rocky, but a few dozen meters to the left is sandy, so there is no need to go to more distant beaches, although many do, some come with their boats, and some rent them - a popular destination is the Blue Lagoon on the neighboring Diaporos. The parking (6 spots) is covered, but the spots are a bit narrow for larger vehicles, which is not a problem since there is plenty of space for everyone in the shaded area of the pines. The air is constantly filled with the scent of the sea and pine, and the view of the sea is breathtaking - all shades of blue: from light turquoise to dark blue. The nearest store is about 300 meters away, with all the necessary assortment and parking, and the affordable tavern Gorgona, right on the beach, with ample parking, is about 600 meters away. All in all - a place for a true vacation or a starting point for adventures - as desired.

Efi Studio is situated in an excellent location, and the owner is a very pleasant woman. The beach in front is beautiful, and the atmosphere is remarkably tranquil. The apartments are lovely and impeccably clean. Each apartment is cleaned daily, with towels and linens changed as needed. It is perfect for children, featuring a spacious yard that is well-secured and safe.

On our first night, the air conditioning did not work, and we endured hell with mosquitoes and heat, unable to close our eyes after such a tiring journey... The next day, the landlady called the air conditioning service and literally began to scream at us, claiming that we had broken the unit and that she wanted to charge us for the repair. She spoke nonsense, saying that we left the air conditioning running while we went outside, which caused it to break down... We booked the accommodation for 15 days, but we only lasted 10. The rooms are small, the furniture is old, but the hygiene is good. The landlords are the biggest issue; they are always around, watching every move you make out of the corner of their eye. All accommodations are oriented towards the courtyard and the sea, resulting in constant noise, and at least ten people watching you from the terrace while you are in the courtyard—privacy is non-existent. The beach is rocky, and while you can find a bit of sand, there are many sea urchins, so caution is advised. The price-quality ratio is poorly rated.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am significantly delayed in providing feedback on the Efi accommodation, but it will be beneficial for the upcoming season. The Efi studios are situated in an ideal location, right by the sea and with a large garden. The quality of water at the small beach is not bad compared to the water at nearby beaches. However, it is perfectly fine for days when you prefer not to go anywhere and wish to relax and unwind to the sounds and scents of the sea. Shade is available, as are sun loungers, along with an outdoor kitchen featuring a grill. The studios themselves may be a bit small for more robust individuals, and the beds are shorter for taller guests. Hygiene is excellent, thanks to the lady responsible for it. Vorvuru is a small place, with a few taverns and markets that have everything you need. Those with cars can explore nearby locations. Renting a motorboat to visit the phenomenal beaches is highly recommended. For those who do not mind the size of the studios, everything else comes highly recommended. Best regards to Nikana.gr!

An excellent accommodation for a true getaway.

Efi studio offers a spacious parking area within the courtyard. You can park cars as well as trailers for boats. Everything is shaded. The house is located right on the shore, which is a significant advantage. The beach provides natural shade. In the courtyard, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. The owners are exceptionally friendly and always at your service. Hygiene is at a satisfactory level. Comfort is somewhat limited considering the price. All terraces offer a view of the sea.

The accommodation is decent, featuring a larger room with a bathroom and terrace. It boasts a lovely spacious yard equipped with numerous sun loungers for relaxation, as well as benches and tables for dining. There is a direct access to a smaller beach, which, despite its size, is pleasant due to the lack of crowds. Right next to this beach, there is a significantly larger one, which I presume is the city beach. The surrounding beaches are sandy and ideal for small children, as the water is shallow and warm. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby, approximately 400 meters away. The owners are very friendly and communicative, always available to assist. The accommodation is cleaned every three days.
