The apartment is situated in a great location, with the beach just 100 meters away. The yard is fantastic, especially for school-aged children. The size of the apartment is satisfactory, although the furnishings and furniture are somewhat outdated.

It is ideal for children and families, as the spacious area allows for all kinds of games. The owners are pleasant and hardworking people, and I highly recommend purchasing from them; this is an opportunity not to be missed. Overall, we are more than satisfied.

The accommodation is adequate, nothing special, with a yard separated by a rope from the neighboring duplex. There are family disagreements between the landladies, old air conditioning units, and a nice yard for sitting, as well as for children to play, but not overly spacious.

Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom throughout our stay. Clean and tidy, the yard is also well-maintained and organized. The landlord is somewhat aloof and uncommunicative, while the landlady is kind and courteous.

Everything was fine. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment. It serves as a lovely starting point for the nearby beautiful beach. The courtyard is delightful. The owners are always present in the yard. Even when you try to have a private phone conversation, Lisa sits right next to you (even though there are other places). The interior terraces overlook each other. The apartment could at least have a dish drying rack. The beach is very close, small and filled with boats. It isn’t quite as beautiful as the surrounding ones.

We stayed in the apartment in August. The accommodation truly resembles the pictures; it is clean, equipped with plenty of towels and linens, and everything is arranged for a pleasant stay. The yard is even more beautiful than in the photos! The only complaint is that dining on the terrace is difficult due to the abundance of bees, and there is no other table inside. Perhaps a suggestion for the owners would be to somehow enclose the terraces to make it more comfortable for everyone? In any case, we are satisfied; the accommodation is decent, close to the beach, and a great destination for a family vacation and visiting nearby places like Sarti, Nikiti, etc. Thank you for everything, the Pantić family.

All the other beautiful beaches of Sithonia are within a maximum of 15 minutes by car. About a 15-minute walk from the "center" of Vourvourou. A 15-minute drive to Nikiti. The apartments boast a phenomenal spacious yard that includes a playground for children, several seating arrangements for enjoying the shade, a barbecue, and plenty of open space that children often use for playing hide and seek, football, or other activities. Across from the apartments, there is a free beach that is never crowded, while 200 meters away is a smaller organized beach where the use of sunbeds and umbrellas is charged through consumption. In the vicinity, there are a few restaurants and well-stocked markets, and a few kilometers before Vurvuru, there is also a Lidl. The apartments are located away from the town center, making it peaceful and quiet. Overall, they are perfect for those who do not expect luxury but desire a holiday in a beautiful setting. The owners are available if you need assistance, but otherwise, you won't notice them. Litsa apartments are an excellent choice for families with children, as the yard is filled with kids in the evening, making it ideal for their playtime, while you can enjoy your time on the terrace or in the yard.
