Our description
Litsa Panagi Studios & Apartments is a modest accommodation, on good location, tucked in the nicely arranged courtyard. It's a great choice for families with children because it is close to the beach and in the spacious courtyard children can play safely.
The beach is at 100m, the supermarket and bakery and at 600m, and the closest restaurant is 1,5km away.
It consists of 10 quadruple apartments, five on the ground floor and five on the first floor.
Apartments are air-conditioned, have one double bed in the kitchen and two bunk beds in the living room, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a tumble dryer. Kitchens are equipped with a mini-stove with oven and a big fridge. In the bathroom, there's a shower tray with an edged area and curtain. Apartments on the ground floor have two balconies, while apartments on the first floor have one. Apartments on the ground floor are suitable for disabled people. Bed linen and towels are replaced after five days.
A spacious and enclosed courtyard full of greenery is ideal for the children to play. It features a barbecue and private covered parking.

We are located on the beautiful Vourvourou of Halkidiki, Sithonia, with its beautiful beaches, the deep blue sea and green surroundings, in an area of six acres. In order to offer you a pleasant hospitality, we built in Litsa Panagi Studios & Apartments, with care and great style, 10 beautiful 2-bedroom apartments fully equipped to accommodate from 2-4 persons. Enjoy the sea at just a few meters, the lush garden with many flowers and let your children play freely and with joy in the playground. Nearby you will find supermarkets, cafes, pizzerias, boat and car rental, pop art shops, Greek and foreign press. Do not miss a cruise to Mount Athos, available daily from the port in Ormos Panagias.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman je pristojan i cist. Plaza je blizu i imaju prelepo dvoriste idealno za decu. Ko zeli da kuva na odmoru ovo nije apartman za njega. Takodje u toaletu se sve vreme osecao neprijatan miris kanalizacije. Ali dajem veliku ocenu jer smo se proveli prelepoo i te dve stvari nam nisu bitno uticali na odmor

Rooms are unpleasantly small, ant infested kitchen, towels change after 5 days, which is definitely not enough. You have to clean your own room, staff won't do it. All the dishes are broken and scratched, bring your knife. All rooms are courtyard oriented, no privacy at all. Someone's always watching at your window. You can hear your neighbor snoring, baby crying, all the conversation, so you won't get much rest. Apartment is located above the road, no access to the beach. I won't be back.
