Litsa Panagi Studios & Apartments is a modest accommodation, on good location, tucked in the nicely arranged courtyard. It’s a great choice for families with children because it is close to the beach and in the spacious courtyard children can play safely.

The beach is at 100m, the supermarket and bakery and at 600m, and the closest restaurant is 1,5km away.

It consists of 10 quadruple apartments, five on the ground floor and five on the first floor.

Apartments are air-conditioned, have one double bed in the kitchen and two bunk beds in the living room, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a tumble dryer. Kitchens are equipped with a mini-stove with oven and a big fridge. In the bathroom, there’s a shower tray with an edged area and curtain. Apartments on the ground floor have two balconies, while apartments on the first floor have one. Apartments on the ground floor are suitable for disabled people. Bed linen and towels are replaced after five days.

A spacious and enclosed courtyard full of greenery is ideal for the children to play. It features a barbecue and private covered parking.

After entering Vourvourou, continue ahead for another 700m until you see Litsa Panagi Studios & Apartments on the right-hand side.

The apartment was not cleaned at all during the stay. The owner kept turning on the lawn sprinklers while guests were in the garden.

The accommodation is excellent, and the yard is beautiful. We went with our child, so for him, it was a paradise. The view from the terrace was fantastic. All compliments.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
