Hotel Description

Hotel Kalamitsi is located 200m from the Kalamitsi beach and about 2km from Preveza. It has studios and apartments for 2-4 people. Amenities include a swimming pool, restaurant, nicely landscaped yard with a playground for children and private parking.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 600m away.

They offer 26 accommodation units, 15 triple studios (30m2) with one double or two single beds and a single bed, i.e. 11 quadruple apartments (42m2) with two double beds or one double and two single beds.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, LCD TV, kitchen (mini-stove with oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle), bathroom with a hairdryer, telephone and a terrace overlooking the pool or yard. Cleaning is daily, and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

The reception is open ²⁴⁄₇ and amenities include a swimming pool, bar, deck chairs and parasols around the pool, restaurant, beautifully landscaped yard, children’s playground, laundry and parking for all guests.

1km after passing Mitikas, before the Volkswagen dealership, take a right and 100m later, on the right-hand side, you will come across the parking lot of this hotel .

Hotel Kalamitsi is ideal for anyone looking for good accommodation with lots of facilities near the beautiful beach. We recommend it to families with small children.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
