If you’ve ever imagined a dream home on the shore, Ioanna Studios and Apartments in Vourvourou meets all the criteria. Built on a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard amongst palm trees, this house is a great choice for those looking for quality accommodation and shelter from noisy resorts.

The accommodation is located on the beach, the closest supermarket is at 700m, while the center of the village is about 1,5km away. The house was completely renovated in 2015.

It consists of seven studios (30 m²), one apartment (35 m²), and another apartment (40 m²), located on the ground floor and the first floor, all with sea views. Five studios feature one double bed and one single bed, one has a double bed and a pull-out armchair, and one has only a double bed. The apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the living room of the smaller apartment, there are two single beds, while the larger apartment has two single sofas.

The accommodation units have a kitchen with a large fridge and hot plate, air conditioning, TV, internet, private parking, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The bathrooms have a shower-tub without a curtain. The cleaning and replacement of bed linen are every three days.

The yard is fantastic and big, with high palm trees and greenery, so guests can relax and have a barbecue. It has direct access to the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas for all guests. Pets are not allowed.

Follow the main street through Vourvourou and after 700m from the entrance, you’ll see a board on the left side with the name of the accommodation and turning toward Ioanna Studios and Apartments.

This accommodation is a great choice for families and couples whose priority is tranquillity and enjoyment on the coast.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
