One of the most popular accommodations for VourvourouIf you've ever imagined a dream home on the shore, Ioanna Studios and Apartments in Vourvourou meets all the criteria. Built on a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard amongst palm trees, this house is a great choice for those looking for quality accommodation and shelter from noisy resorts.
The accommodation is located on the beach, the closest supermarket is at 700m, while the center of the village is about 1,5km away. The house was completely renovated in 2015.
It consists of seven studios (30m²) and one apartment (35m²), located on the ground floor and the first floor, all with sea views. Five studios have one double bed and one single bed, one studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, and one studio has only a double bed. The apartment has a separate bedroom with one double bed and two single beds in the other room.
The accommodation units have a kitchen with a large fridge and hot plate, air conditioning, TV, internet, private parking, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The bathrooms have a shower-tub without a curtain. The cleaning and replacement of bed linen are every three days.
The yard is fantastic and big, with high palm trees and greenery, so guests can relax and have a barbecue. It has direct access to the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas for all guests. Pets are not allowed.
Follow the main street through Vourvourou and after 700m from the entrance, you'll see a board on the left side with the name of the accommodation and turning toward Ioanna Studios and Apartments.

Owner description
In Vourvourou, right next to the sea, overlooking the island of Diaporos and Mount Athos, you will find Ioanna Studios and Apartments holiday accommodation. The complex is surrounded by a luscious green garden and provides direct access to the sandy beach, with umbrellas and sun beds for the guests. The crystal clear warm water of Vourvourou is ideal for children and the joy of swimming throughout the day.
There's also a barbecue area with a large gazebo, private parking area and a boat ramp. Free wireless internet access (WiFi) is also available. Our family run business, with its friendly environment and its location, is a guarantee for a relaxing and unforgettable holidays.
All studios and apartments have been renovated in 2015.
Accommodation consists of studios for up to three persons and apartments with two bedrooms for up to four persons. They all have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking utensils, coffee machine and espresso machine, WC with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV and air-conditioning (A/C). Apartments and studios have large verandas with a sea view, while these on the ground floor have direct access to the garden. Room cleaning and replacement of bed linen are performed every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman i vise nego dobar. Gazdarica je svaki treci dan, cistila apartman i menjala posteljinu. Ioanna je veoma ljubazna i prijatna zena, koja uvek zeli pomoci i izaci u susretu. Ogromno i sredjeno dvoriste, koje ima suncobrane i lezaljke u dvoristu, do same plaze. Svi imaju svoju lezaljku na plazi. Vourvouru je malo, ali prelepo mesto. Preporuke i za mesto i za smestaj.
