Description
Jamaica View Apartments is located outside the town of Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, right on the beach and 5.3km from Karidi beach. Vourvourou is unique in that it is near an archipelago of nine islands, the largest of which is Diaporos. In this sense, it offers something that no other place in Sithonia offers - renting a boat and visiting the island of Diaporos, swimming in small beaches with turquoise water, and enjoying the view of the blue lagoon.
There are three accommodation units available.
Vourvourou apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two sofas for one person each.
Livari apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two sofas, one for one person and one for two people.
Diaporos apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have shower cabins.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a panoramic view of the blue lagoon and the garden on the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, guests can enjoy barbecue preparations with family and friends.
Free boat rides to Diaporos Island are organized for guests staying in the accommodation.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, with towel and linen replacement every four days.
A parking space is provided for guests staying in the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
