Villa Emilia is located accross one of the most beautiful beaches in the island - Psili Ammos. It is very simpatic villa which offers studios and apartments. Some of them has great sea view. Garden has a playground for children and private parking is available.
Psili Ammos beach is right accross the street, just 50m away.
Villa is well maintained, it is not new but the owners take a good care of it. It offers 6 studios and one apartment. Units are equipped with classical wooden furniture. There are two bed, three bed and four bed studios and one four bed apartment.
Studio #1 is 4 bed studio (20m2) and has one double bed + bunk bed. It is situated on the high ground floor. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. Balcony is private and it has garden view.
Studio #2 is 4 bed studio (15m2) on the ground floor and has double bed + folding sofa for two smaller kids. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. In front of the entrance there is a sitting area with table and chairs and a garden view.
Studio #3 is 3 bed studio (18m2) is situated on the first floor and it has one double bed smaller than a standard double bed and one single bed. Balcony is private and with sea view. Bathroom has shower with a curtain.
Studio #4 is 4 bed studio (20m2) is situated on the first floor and has one double bed and one bunk bed. It has private balcony with sea view. Bathroom has shower with a curtain.
Studios #5 and #6 are both triple studios (15m2) on the high ground floor and they have common balcony. Studio #5 has garden view and #6 has side sea view. Each studio has one double and one single bed. Bathroom is smaller and has shower with a curtain.
Apartment #7 is 4 bed apartment (25m2), it is situated on the first floor and it has narrow balcony with nice sea view. Bedroom has double bed and exit to the balcony. Living room consists of kitchen and has folding sofa for two persons and also exit to the balcony. An extra bed can be added. Kitchen has small oven and big fridge. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. Furniture in apartment is new and modern, and apartment by its self is large and ideal for families with kids. Balcony has amazing sea view and beach Psili Ammos.
All the units have kitchen, bathroom, air condition, TV, mosquito nets and balconies, and most of them have a sea view. There is access for WiFi internet.
Cleaning and changing of towels and linen is done every three days.
In garden there are few toys for children and barbecue.
Parking is in the garden.
If you come from Potos you will continue for 5km more and you will come to the Psili Ammos beach. Right next to restaurant Batis you will see a little market and next to it there is Emilia’s House on your left side, next to the road.
Biggest advantage of the accommodation is that it is across the beautiful Psili Ammos beach, ideal for children because of the most delicate sand, but also for adults because of music and young visitors. Potos is 5km away, so everything is available. From the center of Astris it is 800m far and there is the nearest bigger market. In front of villa there is supermarket for basic needs, and in the beach near villa there are two restaurants.

The hosts are exceedingly kind. The location is ideal. In my opinion, the best times to relax at this place are in June or September.
