Villa Emilia is located accross one of the most beautiful beaches in the island - Psili Ammos. It is very simpatic villa which offers studios and apartments. Some of them has great sea view. Garden has a playground for children and private parking is available.
Psili Ammos beach is right accross the street, just 50m away.
Villa is well maintained, it is not new but the owners take a good care of it. It offers 6 studios and one apartment. Units are equipped with classical wooden furniture. There are two bed, three bed and four bed studios and one four bed apartment.
Studio #1 is 4 bed studio (20m2) and has one double bed + bunk bed. It is situated on the high ground floor. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. Balcony is private and it has garden view.
Studio #2 is 4 bed studio (15m2) on the ground floor and has double bed + folding sofa for two smaller kids. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. In front of the entrance there is a sitting area with table and chairs and a garden view.
Studio #3 is 3 bed studio (18m2) is situated on the first floor and it has one double bed smaller than a standard double bed and one single bed. Balcony is private and with sea view. Bathroom has shower with a curtain.
Studio #4 is 4 bed studio (20m2) is situated on the first floor and has one double bed and one bunk bed. It has private balcony with sea view. Bathroom has shower with a curtain.
Studios #5 and #6 are both triple studios (15m2) on the high ground floor and they have common balcony. Studio #5 has garden view and #6 has side sea view. Each studio has one double and one single bed. Bathroom is smaller and has shower with a curtain.
Apartment #7 is 4 bed apartment (25m2), it is situated on the first floor and it has narrow balcony with nice sea view. Bedroom has double bed and exit to the balcony. Living room consists of kitchen and has folding sofa for two persons and also exit to the balcony. An extra bed can be added. Kitchen has small oven and big fridge. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. Furniture in apartment is new and modern, and apartment by its self is large and ideal for families with kids. Balcony has amazing sea view and beach Psili Ammos.
All the units have kitchen, bathroom, air condition, TV, mosquito nets and balconies, and most of them have a sea view. There is access for WiFi internet.
Cleaning and changing of towels and linen is done every three days.
In garden there are few toys for children and barbecue.
Parking is in the garden.
If you come from Potos you will continue for 5km more and you will come to the Psili Ammos beach. Right next to restaurant Batis you will see a little market and next to it there is Emilia's House on your left side, next to the road.
Biggest advantage of the accommodation is that it is across the beautiful Psili Ammos beach, ideal for children because of the most delicate sand, but also for adults because of music and young visitors. Potos is 5km away, so everything is available. From the center of Astris it is 800m far and there is the nearest bigger market. In front of villa there is supermarket for basic needs, and in the beach near villa there are two restaurants.

Owners description
In the southern place of Thassos island, right across mountain Athos, in an amazing golf with clear blue water, golf of Psili Amos, you can find the rooms to let of Emilia Kokala known as Emilia's House.
The rooms are located, only few meters form the beautiful beach. It is a family business that operates for more than 20 years and it consists of 6 large rooms which are capable of hosting 2 to 4 guests and a wide apartment white 2 rooms which has a kitchen, a large balcony with amazing sea view, and a wide bathroom.
All the rooms have, A/C, TV, WiFi, private bathroom with shower, private balcony with amazing view to the sea, as long as parking space. There is also barbecue, and a mini playground for our little friends. In our business our main concern is to make the holidays of our customers, pleasant and full of beautiful memories.
Our friendly approach on our customers, in all those years let us speak for customers that are friends. People from all over Europe and Greece visit our rooms every year, and every summer we wait for them impatiently to join us. Our main goal is to make them happy, get the most of their holidays and set off from the island full with beautiful memories.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Idealan smestaj za uzivanje sa malom decom. Najlepsa plaza ostrva na svega par minuta hoda. U dvoristu dovoljno hladovine i igracaka za igru. Iz vecine soba kao i dvorista je pogled na more a nocu mozete i osluskivati talase. Cistoca na visokom nivou. Vlasnice su izuzetno ljubazne i brizne. Marija je zaista pravi domacin i osecate se veoma dobrodošlo.

Sve pohvale. Godinama letujemo u Grčkoj i nikad nas nisu ovako dočekali i pazili. Izvanredan smeštaj. Divan pogled. O plaži ne treba trošiti reči. Domaćice izuzetno ljubazne, paze na svaki detalj i moram da istaknem visok stepen higijene. Zaista su nam obezbedile pravi odmor. Nikako ne propustiti izlet u Teologos uz obaveznu konsultaciju s Marijom. Definitivno smeštaj kome ćemo se rado vratiti.
