Description
Niti Villa is located outside the village of Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, in the northeast of the island of Thasos. The nearest beach with taverns and beach bars is 350m away.
This private ground floor house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen including a double sofa and two bathrooms. It is intended for accommodation of up to six people.
A baby cot is available upon request at no additional cost.
In this air-conditioned accommodation unit, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic glass hobs, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Both bathrooms have a shower without a tub with a glass partition.
On warm summer days, with an impressive view of the sea and the mountains, guests can spend time on the veranda with an outdoor dining area, an outdoor kitchen, and a barbecue.
The house is located on a sloping terrain, so access is via stairs. The yard is fenced and carefully maintained, and it includes a seating area in the shade, sun loungers, umbrellas, and swings for children.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days.
Private parking with a security camera is provided for guests.
Niti Villa is located 12km from Limenas, the main town of the island, and 38km from the nearest airport in Kavala.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
