Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Niti Villa is located outside the town of Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, in the northeast of the island of Thassos. Its position on the hill provides a spectacular view of the sea and is the perfect choice for those seeking peace and privacy. Nestled in lush greenery, far from the crowds, the villa offers a unique combination of luxury and natural surroundings. It is an ideal retreat for relaxation, where you can surrender to the silence and enjoy harmony with nature. The nearest beach with taverns and bars is 350m away.
This ground floor house, covering an area of 58m², is intended for the accommodation of up to six persons. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen, and a living room with a sofa for two, as well as two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower without a tub, with a glass partition.
A baby cot is available upon request at no additional cost.
