Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Its elevated position offers spectacular sea views, making it an ideal choice for those seeking peace and privacy. Surrounded by lush greenery and far from the crowds, the villa provides a unique combination of luxury and natural surroundings. It is a perfect retreat for relaxation, where you can enjoy tranquility and harmony with nature. The nearest beach, featuring taverns and bars, is only 350 meters away.
This private ground-floor house features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen that includes a sofa bed for two, and two bathrooms. It accommodates up to six people.
A baby crib is available upon request at no additional cost.
