Accommodation description

Green Bay House is located in Kinira, on the left side of the main road when coming from the direction of Potos and Limenaria. The beach is less than 200m away.

This is a family accommodation with a beautifully landscaped yard. There are a total of six studios and two apartments on offer. There is one studio on the ground floor, and the other units are on the first or second floor.

On the first floor is the larger of the two apartments. It consists of a living room with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate kitchen with a dining area. The balcony overlooks the sea. On the first floor there are two more studios. All studios are double (double bed) with the possibility of adding an extra bed.

On the second floor there are three more double studios and a smaller apartment. This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds. The kitchen is not separate, but is part of the living room. It also has a sea view.

Air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer and a cot (on request) are available. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator and a two-burner stove. Pets are allowed on request.

Private parking is located behind the villa and has enough space for about ten cars.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three to four days, and cleaning is done daily.

If you are looking for quality accommodation, Green Bay House could be an excellent choice. It is located in a quiet, small place, close to the beach. The famous sandy Paradise beach is just a minute’s drive away, and the towns of Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, as well as the beach of the same name, are just a ten-minute drive away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
