Our description
Accommodation is in Kinira, on the left side of the main road, coming from Potos and Limenaria.
Modern accommodation with nicely decorated backyard. In the ground floor there is one studio, the rest of the studios and apartments are either on the first floor or on the second.
The bigger of the two apartments is on the first floor. It is consisted of a living room with two single beds, bedroom with a double bed and a separate kitchen with dining room. The balcony has a sea view. On the first floor there are two more studios. All the studios have double beds and an extra bed can be added if needed.
On the second floor there are three 2 bed studios and a smaller apartment. This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds. The kitchen is not separated but is within the living room. WiFi and air-condition are included in the price.
Private parking space is located behind the villa and has enough spot for 10 cars.
The replacement of linen, towels and the cleaning are secured.
If you are searching modern, quality and new accommodation, Green Bay House could be excellent choice. It is located in a peaceful, small place, near the beach. The famous sandy Paradise beach is only a minute by car and Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, just like the beach with matching name are only a 10 minutes by car away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, u trazenom terminu od 27/8 su slobodna samo dva studija, po jedan za svaki par. Apartmani su namenjeni porodicama sa decom. Ukoliko zelite da rezervisete dva studija, popunicete dva upita za rezervaciju, po jedan za svaki studio. Cena svakog je 70e za dan u septembru. Pozdrav

ja sam pogresila datum odgovra nam period od 26 avgusta do 30 avgusta da bude polazak, pa bi ostali 10 dana. treba nam cetvorokrevetni apartman, sa dve odvojene sobe, do 500e ukupno za 10 dana. potos ili limenarija. pozdrav

Postovani da li mozete da mi kazete d ali ima mesta za 26 ili 27 .08 u ovoj vili za 4 odrasle osobe potrebno je samo da apartman ima dve odvojene jedinice za spavanje. i koja bi bila cena. unapred hvala pozdrav

Nazalost nema mesta u tom periodu, osim u terminu od 28/7 -3/7, sa bocnim pogledom na more. Da li vam se jos nesto dopalo iz ponude? Ukoliko zelite, mi vam mozemo jos nesto predloziti samo nam napisite kakav smestaj volite i do koje cene okvirno pa cemo vam poslati predloge. Veliki pozdrav.
