Our description

Hotel Menel - The Tree House is a hotel with a long tradition in the center of Limenaria, on the promenade, directly opposite the beach. It was completely renovated for the season 2017.

Parking is available on the street, some 20m from the entrance. The hotel has a reception desk, a small hall and a dining room with a terrace, where guests can enjoy breakfast. They offer double rooms with a sea view, set on the first and second floor. For the season 2018 there will be a small swimming pool on the top deck.

The town beach in Limenaria is small, organized, with deck chairs and parasols that are provided free of charge with a ordered drink, and there is plenty of room to bring your towel and umbrella.

Owners description

The village of Limenaria in the south part of the island of Thassos, is built in front of the big sandy beach, surrounded by the endless blue Aegean sea.

Hotel Menel - The Tree House is a minute walk from the beach, right across from it, and within a short walk from restaurants, cafés and shops. Its rooftop terrace is fitted with a hot tub and sun loungers.

Fitted with tiled floors and wooden furnishings, the bright and airy rooms of the eco-friendly Hotel Menel open to a private balcony and are fitted with a TV, fridge and air conditioning. Each unit features a private bathroom stocked with a hairdryer. All rooms enjoy views over the Aegean Sea. CocoMat mattresses are featured. Free WiFi is available.

The fact that the hotel has been fully renovated lately, as well as the the people’s long experience on managing the hotel guarantee your good stay. Thassos and the Menel hotel are expecting you too this year, so that you can live your own myth.

Hotel’s executive chef prepares breakfast consisting of local ingredients.

To arrive to Limenaria and to the island of Thassos, someone should go to one of the ports of the prefecture of Kavala wich offer coastal shipping to Thassos. These ports are the port of Nea Peramos (next to Egnatia Street before you reach Kavala) the port of Kavala and the port of Keramoti. Someone can arrive to the Prefecture of Kavala by air (Chryssoupolis airport), by car or by bus, by ship (port of Kavala) and by train (via Drama). Using the coastal lines of Nea Peramos-Prinos (ferry boat), Kavala-Prinos (ferry-boat and flying dolphin), Keramoti-Thassos (ferry boat) you can reach the island, and afterwards by car or by bus you can arrive to Limenaria and to hotel Menel.

Hotel Menel is situated 22km from Ormos Prinos Port and 37km from the capital and the port Limenas. Free public parking can be found at the nearby streets.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    POSTOVANI. Mi smo porodica iz Nisa , Srbije nižeg rasta 1.60m -1.67m sa dve cerke 10 i 12 godina. Zanima nas smstaj u vasim apartmanima. Potreban nam je trokrevetni apartman u periodu 01.07 do 10.07.2013god.Dali je moguce i kolika bi cena bila po apartmanu? Posto putujemo sa jos jednom porodicom sa dva deteta 5 i 7god.postoji mogucnost iznajmljivanja 2 trokrevetna apartmana. Kolika bi cena bila tada i mogucnost boravka. Unapred Hvala P O Z D R A V

    Vido, smestaj za taj period bi bio 35 evra bez, i 42 evra sa doruckom. Ako ostajete 10 noci, imate jednu noc gratis. Za 15 nocenja, dobijate 1 i po noc gratis. Soba je sa pogledom na more. Ako odgovara, javite nam da rezervisemo! Pozdrav!

    Vido, ima slobodnih mesta u hotelu Menel. Danas bi trebalo da dobijemo novi cenovnik za leto 2013 koji cemo vam proslediti cim ga budemo imali.
