Accommodation description
The Angelica Hotel is a decent hotel in the city center, close to the city beach and everything you need for a vacation, in fact, hardly any hotel in Limenas has a better location than the Angelica Hotel unless you want to be right on the city beach.
Hotel Angelica, a 2-star hotel, is located in Limenas, in a street near the sea, 50 meters from the police station at the entrance to the old port. The town beach is some 400 meters away.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is an entrance/exit from the side, reception, a large lobby with comfortable seating and coffee tables, indoor and outdoor bar, dining room and entrance/exit to the promenade by the old port. The hotel also has an elevator.
It has a total of 25 rooms (single rooms with 1.5m wide single bed, double rooms with double bed or two single and triple rooms with a double and a single bed), with balconies that have direct or side sea view, or overlooking the boardwalk at the back of the hotel.
Comfortable double rooms (2+1) and triple rooms are large, while the ordinary double and single rooms are slightly smaller. Premium rooms are 15-20m2, superior 18-22m2, classic 12-16m2, economy 16-18m2, while the single room is 12m2.
The furniture and bathrooms are better than in the other two-star hotels in the center of Limenas. Everything is decent and clean. The balconies are spacious enough. Given that the hotel is right on the coast, just a few meters from the water, from the balcony on the front you have the impression that you can jump directly into the sea, and the view, sounds and smells are phenomenal.
All rooms have small TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, medium fridge, telephone and wireless internet. Baby cots are provided. Pets are also welcome. Accommodation is based on bed and breakfast (buffet).
Cleaning is done daily, while replacement of bed linen and towels is carried out after three nights.
A medium-sized public parking is located at 50 meters from the hotel, across the the police station, and a large public parking lot next to the new airport is at 250 meters from the hotel. Both parking lots are free. In peak of a season, especially in the evening, it can easily happen that all seats are filled.
After disembarking from the ferry, if you go on foot, the hotel can be reached in a few minutes, moving towards the left towards the town center, police station, amusement park, the old port, the town beach. However, if you arrived by car to Thassos, you can park it on the large public parking lot to the left of the new port, 250 meters from the hotel and proceed on foot toward the hotel, or, if you want to park closer to the hotel, you have to drive to the opposite side of the hotel (right from the ferry landing), and tour around the center of the circle and go down to the old port and the parking lot across from the police station, which is only 50 meters from the hotel, since the street which leads from the hotel to the port is a one-way street, so you can’t drive through it from the new port to the hotel (opposite direction).
If you want accommodation in the first row from the sea, with quality furniture and decor, this hotel can be a great choice.

My husband and I were on vacation at the beginning of August, and everything was extraordinary. The weather was fantastic for all ten days. The hotel is beautiful, has an exceptionally good location, and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We visited nearby beaches that were recommended to us, but we didn't have to, as the city beach is really just a few steps away and very lovely. The sunbeds on the beach are free. The water is wonderful, warm, and pleasant.
