The rooms are clean, towels are changed every other day, bed linens every three days, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The double bed is new and of standard dimensions, and the location couldn't be better. We were allowed to park in the courtyard because I requested it; otherwise, they do not allow it, even though there is space for three cars.

The location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk to the city beach. The market is only a minute away. Parking is not included with the accommodation, but there is free parking just a minute's walk away, and for those who prefer, there is paid parking available nearby for 3 euros per night. The landlady and the staff are very kind; they suggested places for us to visit, and it was fantastic. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the bedding is changed every two days. I highly recommend it.

My partner and I stayed in an economical studio and we were truly satisfied with the accommodation as well as with the landlady, who was exceptionally kind and proactive. The studio is small but has everything necessary - a comfortable large double bed, air conditioning, a terrace, a kitchenette, mosquito nets, and blinds. The hygiene deserves praise, as they changed our towels and bed linens every other day. The wardrobe is not particularly spacious for two people; it lacks more shelves to accommodate additional items. The villa boasts a beautiful and large yard and garden where one can sit and relax. The parking area is not sufficiently large, so it may happen that there is no available space. The location of the villa is excellent, just a minute away from the center, shops, and bakeries, yet far enough from the noise, making it very pleasant for sleeping. The beach is also very close. If we were to choose Potos again, we would definitely select this villa once more. All praises!

The apartment is located near the center, yet it is secluded enough to offer peace and tranquility. The owner of the apartment is exceptionally pleasant and promptly addresses any concerns that may arise. I would particularly commend the cleanliness, which is of a very high standard. The accommodation is situated in an exceptionally good location, nestled in a street parallel to the main road that runs through Potos. Everything was literally within reach, just 100 meters from the very center of Potos and 150 meters from the city beach. We only saw the landlady upon arrival and departure, but from our brief communication, I would say she is a very pleasant and kind woman. For the price we paid compared to other accommodations, we were truly satisfied. The apartment had everything you need for a carefree stay. The villa has parking, but only a few spots, so it can get crowded if everyone arrives by car, yet this is not a significant issue since the landlady pays for public parking located 50 meters from the villa. The apartment also features air conditioning, although we didn't need it often. The terraces generally offered a partial view of the sea, with awnings, and lovely tables and chairs. If we were to vacation in Thassos again, Potos and Giannis villa would definitely be our choice. A wonderful experience and a plethora of beautiful memories.

In Potos, my boyfriend and I stayed from September 9 to 20. We were looking for a studio with a French bed and a separate terrace, and we got exactly that, although the studio was for four people and had bunk beds in addition to the French bed. For four people, I think the room might be a bit small (for instance, it has only one couch, just enough for two, and there isn't really enough space for four suitcases on the floor, etc.), but for the two of us, it was perfect. Everything looked just like in the pictures. The kitchenette was quite adequate, as was the bathroom. There was always hot water. The room welcomed us clean. Towels and bed linens were changed once. The terraces are spacious enough, each room has its own terrace with awnings. As for parking, there is space for a maximum of five vehicles, but most other guests did not arrive by car, so we had no issues with parking. The landlady is fine, although we only saw her when we paid, as she works in a bakery and is not there all day. The location is quite good, as it is just above the main road, but there is no noise at all. Potos is very small, so it takes about four to five minutes to walk to the beach, which isn't great, so we went to different beaches every day, but it was convenient for us to pop out for gyros or to a store that is very close. We arranged everything nicely with the girls from Nikana regarding accommodation and payment; we didn't visit them in Potos so as not to bother them :) so we didn't meet them, but they seemed very polite and professional, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

My spouse and I vacationed in a villa from August 25, 2013, to September 4. As for the apartment, we were quite satisfied and I have no significant complaints, except that there are no screens on the first floor, but that is not a major drawback. What bothered us the most was the rudeness of the landlady. Even though she knows guests are arriving that day, she leaves her parents, who only speak Greek, to wait for them. In front of the villa, there is parking for four vehicles, and if you are a guest, she will honk at you until you move your car so she can park. It doesn't matter that you then have to park your car on the street.

I stayed with my boyfriend from August 20 to September 1, 2013. We were accommodated in studio number 5 on the second floor. One complaint is the small terrace; two larger people would not be able to fit. A major complaint is that the apartment was incredibly dirty. That afternoon when we arrived, we spent our time cleaning it. Throughout our stay, we did not encounter anyone to whom we could turn for anything we needed. In order to have our linens and towels changed (after 6 days), we had to insist through Nikana. Otherwise, the apartment had a nice view of the sea, which was pleasant. Although there were children in the villa, it was not noisy. The guests were polite.

I stayed from August 2, 2013, to August 9, 2013, with my boyfriend. We have no complaints about the accommodation; it was adequately equipped, clean, and spacious. For the money we paid, the accommodation was entirely satisfactory. The only complaint pertains to the lack of courtesy from the owner of the accommodation.

I returned today from the beautiful Thasos, where my wife, daughter, and I stayed from July 13th. Everything was just as described by Ana and her team. The courtyard was lovely, although it was rarely used by guests; there were some of our guests, as well as Czechs. Later, I found out that the property is offered by one of their agencies.
