Our description
Ianos Apartments is located in Potos, very close to the center and the beach. The advantages of this villa are that it is sheltered from noise. We gladly recommend it to couples.
The villa is located in the center of Potos, 150m from the central intersection and about 250m from the beach. In the immediate vicinity of the villa (only 40 meters from it) there are bakeries, shops, pharmacy, promenade, restaurants.
Villa Ianos is a three-storey building recently constructed. It offers 13 accommodation units - 12 studios and one apartment. The double economy studio (17m2) has one double bed, the standard double studio (20m2) as well, while the four-bed family studio (19m2) has one double bed and a bunk bed. The apartment (32m2) has a double bed and two single beds. All accommodation units face the surroundings. Only two-bed standard studios are available for online booking.
The house is clean and nicely maintained. All studios are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and air conditioning and all have terraces.
A wireless internet signal is available in the courtyard and in some rooms and on the terraces.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days.
The villa has a spacious courtyard covered with vines, with seating and enjoying the shade.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can leave your vehicle in the private parking lot, at the main intersection.
When you come from the direction of Limenaria, turn left into the alley just before the big supermarket on the left side of the highway. Immediately after that turn, you turn left again and come across this house.
If you want accommodation in a quiet place, and two minutes from all amenities, then Giannis can be a good choice.

Studios Giannis at Potos Thassos, consists of 8 rooms (2 to 4 beds) beautiful wide and comfortable studios and rooms fully equipped with kitchen, air condition, television and balconies overlooking Potos, the sea and the mountains.
There is a parking lot in front of the house and shaded garden with barbecue.
We are opened from May until September.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav,interesuje me da li imate slobodnih smestaja za period od 1.07 -11.07 za dve porodice.Prva porodica dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece 13 i 5 god. i druga porodica dvoje odraslih i jedno dete 7god?Hvala!

Postovani dobar dan, javljam se povodom smestaja, zaintetesovana sam za smestaj, pa me zanima 2 BED STUDIO, STANDARD. Od 14.7. Do 24.7. Slike koje su dostupne za taj studio prikazuju vise razlicitih. Pa me zanima kako izgleda 2 bed studio standard. I da li poseduje terasu? Hvala!

Čisto, peškire menjaju svakog drugog dana, posteljinu na 3 dana, sobe svakodnevno čiste, bračni krevet nov normalnih dimenzija, lokacija bolja ne može biti. Nama su dozvolili da parkiramo u dvorištu jer sam zahtevao inače ne daju a ima mesta za 3 auta 'ladno.

Odlična lokacija, sve je u blizini. Ljubazni domaćini. Svakog dana čiste apartmane svakog drugog dana menjaju peškire a može i svakodnevno. Posteljinu menjaju na svaka 3 dana.Nama su dopustili da se parkiramo u dvorištu.Dvorište ima lepu baštu sa garniturama za sedenje.Preporuka.

Lokacija odlicna,centar a nije bucno.Sve je blizu,plaza,market,parking.Smestaj o.k,cisti se svakog dana,peskiri menjaju na dva.Gazdarica ljubazna.Preporuka za parove.Sve pohvale i za Nikanu.

Sve pohvale za vlasnike vile. Vrlo su ljubazni i gostoprimljivi. Vila se nalazi u samom centru Potosa, od plaze vas deli samo jedna ulica. Sve pohvale.

Sve proteklo u najboljem redu. Vrlo smo zadovoljni celokupnom uslugom. Smestaj je bio ok, onako kako je i na slikama. Vlasnici su vrlo ljubazni i gostoprimljivi. Sve pohvale takodje i za agenciju Nikana.

Lokacija odlična, 2-3 minuta hoda do gradske plaže. Market na minut. Parking nije u sklopu smeštaja, ali na minut hoda je besplatan parking, a ko ne želi taj, ima pored da se plaća 3e noć. Gazdarica kao i osoblje su ljubazni, predložili su nam gde da idemo i bilo je super. Čisti se svaki dan, posteljina se menja na dva dana. Sve preporuke.
