Our description

Mary Ann Apartments is one of the finest and most modern facilities in Limenas. The first thing you will notice is the beautifully landscaped courtyard, maintained lawn, lots of various flowers and a clean pool with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The owners are friendly and professional.

Apartments Mary Ann are located about 1,5km away from the city center of Limenas, old harbor and the city beach. The nearest beach, called Papias, is located 400m from the accommodation.

It is a completely new facility, with 10 identical apartments for rent - which consist of bedroom with one double or two joined single beds and living room with two beds for two children. Size of the accommodation units is about 40m2. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the pool, sea or surrounding hills, large kitchen, fridge, electric water heater, coffee maker, excellent sound insulation, telephone, safe box, SAT-TV, the signal for wireless internet, hair dryer.
Furniture in the apartment is modern and beautiful, and the owners have tried to contribute by the stylistic details of a warm atmosphere in them to make guests feel like home.

Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is done after every 3 days.

The yard is spacious, full of greenery and includes a nice pool with deck chairs.

You can park your car in front of the property.

When you exit the ferry, follow the direction and drive right by the sea on the main road (300 meters), then you’ll get to the part where the narrow path leads straight to the Vournelis hotel and the eponymous beach, and you’ll follow the main road and turn left, then after about 150 meters you will reach the first major intersection (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn right there. On the left side you will see narrow streets that are separated from the road, there are few, and to come to the villa Mary Ann you should turn into the fourth one. In about 150m from the turnoff to the left you`ll see the villa.

The accommodation is about 500m away from the first supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops.

If you want an accommodation near the capital of Thassos - Limenas (because of the contents it offers) and to find a peaceful oasis in the form of a quality and stylish accommodation with swimming pool and a spacious courtyard surrounded by olive trees and greenery, then Mary Ann is an excellent choice. Besides being near the capital, Mary Ann villa is just 400m away from Vournelis beach, 500m away from the beach Tarzanas, only 2km away from the famous Makriamos beach, 6km away from the Marble beach and 10km away from the also famous Pachis beach, so Mary Ann Apartments can be a great base for exploring the island and beautiful beaches.

Maryan is a small boutique hotel in Thassos with 10 luxury apartments and a studio. The beautiful garden with the olive trees offers an excellent view of the beautiful sunsets. Our hotel is 800 meters away from the center of Limenas and 500 meters from the Port. There is a well organized sandy beach at just 100 meters distance from us and various restaurants at 400 meters. Thassos is a blessed place rich in local delicacies which you must try. The traditional products are extra virgin olive oil, oregano and pine & thyme honey, green olives, black and savory olives (Throumbes), olive oil of exceptional quality, traditional ouzo, local wine and the famous spoon sweets with walnuts, zucchini and pout standing out among them. The delicious olive oil and Throumbes olives with salt from Thassos are exported worldwide. Many locals are involved with beekeeping as Thassos honey is one of the world`s best. Honey pine is unique in the eastern Mediterranean region. Traditional spoon sweets are unique and made with honey rather than sugar. It is worth to try and they make a very special gift. Of course, during your stay on the island you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood.

Beauty is found in nature and Thassos, the emerald island, is a source of unique natural beauty. The island is ideal for nature lovers and those who like to do activities during their vacation.

Waterfall: Outside Castle village there is a 2 meter waterfall with crystal clear waters whichas leads to a small lake.

Lake: Outside Maries village, there is a lake which is a very beautiful sight.

Old Path at Theologos: Outside Theologos village, there is a beautiful path many years which is ideal for hiking.

Love springs: Outside Panagia village are the love springs. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the sound of the running water. The legend says that old men went to the sources to wish to acquire sons. Moreover, Thassos has many lacy beaches, wild cliffs, hidden caves, unique natural sea pools, traditional villages. Ask our staff to suggest additional points.
