Hotel Description

Mary Ann Apartments is one of the finest and most modern facilities in Limenas. The first thing you will notice is the beautifully landscaped courtyard, maintained lawn, lots of various flowers and a clean pool with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The owners are friendly and professional.

Apartments Mary Ann are located about 1,5km away from the city center of Limenas, old harbor and the city beach. The nearest beach, called Papias, is located 400m from the accommodation.

It is a completely new facility, with 10 identical apartments for rent - which consist of bedroom with one double or two joined single beds and living room with two beds for two children. Size of the accommodation units is about 40m2. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the pool, sea or surrounding hills, large kitchen, fridge, electric water heater, coffee maker, excellent sound insulation, telephone, safe box, SAT-TV, the signal for wireless internet, hair dryer. Furniture in the apartment is modern and beautiful, and the owners have tried to contribute by the stylistic details of a warm atmosphere in them to make guests feel like home.

Since season 2025, there is also a studio in offer, which is located a few steps below ground level and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a queen size double bed and two sofa beds. This unit does not have a balcony, but guests can use the garden furniture in the yard.

Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is done after every 3 days.

The yard is spacious, full of greenery and includes a nice pool with deck chairs.

You can park your car in front of the property.

When you exit the ferry, follow the direction and drive right by the sea on the main road (300 meters), then you’ll get to the part where the narrow path leads straight to the Vournelis hotel and the eponymous beach, and you’ll follow the main road and turn left, then after about 150 meters you will reach the first major intersection (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn right there. On the left side you will see narrow streets that are separated from the road, there are few, and to come to the villa Mary Ann you should turn into the fourth one. In about 150m from the turnoff to the left you`ll see the villa.

The accommodation is about 500m away from the first supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops.

If you want an accommodation near the capital of Thassos - Limenas (because of the contents it offers) and to find a peaceful oasis in the form of a quality and stylish accommodation with swimming pool and a spacious courtyard surrounded by olive trees and greenery, then Mary Ann is an excellent choice. Besides being near the capital, Mary Ann villa is just 400m away from Vournelis beach, 500m away from the beach Tarzanas, only 2km away from the famous Makriamos beach, 6km away from the Marble beach and 10km away from the also famous Pachis beach, so Mary Ann Apartments can be a great base for exploring the island and beautiful beaches.

With the family (two children). There was a misunderstanding regarding the floor of the apartment, which was resolved satisfactorily. Everything else was fine.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
