Description
Mary Ann Apartments is one of the finest and most modern facilities in Limenas. The first thing you will notice is the beautifully landscaped courtyard, maintained lawn, lots of various flowers and a clean pool with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The owners are friendly and professional.
Apartments Mary Ann are located about 1,5km away from the city center of Limenas, old harbor and the city beach. The nearest beach, called Papias, is located 400m from the accommodation.
It is a completely new facility, with 10 identical apartments for rent - which consist of bedroom with one double or two joined single beds and living room with two beds for two children. Size of the accommodation units is about 40m2. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the pool, sea or surrounding hills, large kitchen, fridge, electric water heater, coffee maker, excellent sound insulation, telephone, safe box, SAT-TV, the signal for wireless internet, hair dryer.
Furniture in the apartment is modern and beautiful, and the owners have tried to contribute by the stylistic details of a warm atmosphere in them to make guests feel like home.
Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is done after every 3 days.
The yard is spacious, full of greenery and includes a nice pool with deck chairs.
You can park your car in front of the property.
When you exit the ferry, follow the direction and drive right by the sea on the main road (300 meters), then you’ll get to the part where the narrow path leads straight to the Vournelis hotel and the eponymous beach, and you’ll follow the main road and turn left, then after about 150 meters you will reach the first major intersection (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn right there. On the left side you will see narrow streets that are separated from the road, there are few, and to come to the villa Mary Ann you should turn into the fourth one. In about 150m from the turnoff to the left you`ll see the villa.
The accommodation is about 500m away from the first supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops.
If you want an accommodation near the capital of Thassos - Limenas (because of the contents it offers) and to find a peaceful oasis in the form of a quality and stylish accommodation with swimming pool and a spacious courtyard surrounded by olive trees and greenery, then Mary Ann is an excellent choice. Besides being near the capital, Mary Ann villa is just 400m away from Vournelis beach, 500m away from the beach Tarzanas, only 2km away from the famous Makriamos beach, 6km away from the Marble beach and 10km away from the also famous Pachis beach, so Mary Ann Apartments can be a great base for exploring the island and beautiful beaches.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Da li je smeštaj raspoloživ za početak septembra za 10 noćenja za troje odraslih i dete 4 godine?

Postovani, Zanima me smestaj u MARI AN APARTMANIMA, za tri porodice u terminu od 07. 07 za 10 noci sa doruckom. Prva porodica dvoje odraslih+ jedno dete 14 god. Druga porodica dvoje odraslih + jedno dete 9 godina + drugo dete 13 godina. Treca porodica dvoje odraslih. U koliko nemate slobodne jedinice od 07.07 , odgovarala bi opcija i nedelju dana ranije sto bi bilo od 30.06 za 10 noci. Takodje u koliko nemate slobodnih jedinica za sve tri navedene porodice, zamolicu da nam ponudite sta vam je slobodno za neku od kombinacija navedenih porodica ( mozda za dve porocice ). Zdravo, nama bi bila potrebna odvojena spavaca soba od dnevne i kauc za decu naravno.Po vasem opisu je to Apartman. Ukoliko imate slobodnih Apartmana za period od 16-25.8 mozete me putem email-a obavestiti.Na spratu i terasa sa pogledom na bazen . Hvala Porodica Vasiljevic
