Hotel Description

**Despina studios are located in Limenaria on the road to Kastro. It is affordable and modest accommodation with a very kind owner. **

The villa is 300m away from the center and there are also the nearest shops. The beach is about 800m away.

Despina studios offers seven studios (five double and two triple). Double studios have two single beds and street view, while triple studios have three single beds or one double and one single and are located on the other side of the house overlooking the yard. All accommodation units are on the first floor. In three double and two triple studios one extra bed can be inserted as needed.

All studios are comfortable and have air conditioning, kitchen, TV and wireless internet signal. The building was built in 1990 and renovated in 2008. The studios are well maintained. The furniture is modest, wooden. The units have between 20-22m2.

Cleaning and replacemet of towels and linen is done every three days.

Private parking is available for all guests.

Coming in the direction of Prinos, you should turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria. After 300m you will come across this accommodation on the right side of the road, right after the gas station.

If you are looking for accommodation close to the center of the town and the beach, far from the crowd, Despina can be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
