Our description
La Feyra Luxury Rooms is a modernly decorated accommodation in the center of Limenaria, close to the beach. It is a good choice for all those who are looking for the villa on the good location and with a swimming pool.
The accommodation is located in Limenaria, 80m away from the beach. La Feyra Luxury Rooms is 300m away from the center and 100m away from the closest supermarket.
The building was built in 2015 and it has seven rooms without kitchen and with sea view or mountain view. They are located on the ground (high ground) and first floor. The rooms can be double and triple because they have one double bed and one fold out arm chair. Extra bed can not be added. Rooms (20m2) have AC, TV, fridge and a hair dryer. Balconies are small and separated. Only one room has a partial sea view and a mountain view. Meals are prepared and served at the restaurant in hotel Molos in Limenaria, close to the villa La Feyra.
Cleaning is done every day. Towels are being changed every two days and the linene every three days.
The villa has private parking.
Coming from Prinos, after you pass rent-a-car Zagos in Limenaria, turn right and after 40m you will see La Feyra Luxury Rooms from the right side of the road.
Villa is a good choice for all those who are looking for the accommodation with a swimming pool, close to the beach.

Owners description
Located in Limenaria, Lafeyra features a garden and outdoor pool. Beach is 30 metres away.
The accommodation is air conditioned and features a satellite TV. A refrigerator and coffee machine are also featured. Towels and bed linen are provided. Lafeyra includes a sun terrace and offer packed lunches. Parking Lot is available on site.
We offer six rooms: Sapphire, Amethyst, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Aquamarine.
Rooms are with comfortable double bed and extra bed if needed (Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald), bathroom with shower, free access to our pool (with biological cleaning with natural sea salt), free high-speed WiFi, 32'' plasma TV, air-condition, refrigerator, hair dryer, travel iron, coffee maker, electric water kettle and safe.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovana, zanima me period 20.8.-27.8. za tri osobe (2 odrasle i dete od 15 godina). Da li mi možete preporučiti neki smeštaj u tom periodu na Tasosu, na kome do sada nikada nismo bili, a da je zgodno za obilaženje prelepih plaža, a da nije preskupo (50-60 evra po danu možemo da priuštimo).
