Hotel Description

Waterside Studios offers to the guests studios, some of which have beautiful sea view. It is located in the center of Limenaria, on the promenade, so it is an ideal option for all those who want to spend their vacation on Thassos.

The villa is located on the big city beach in Limenaria and is 30m away from the nearest supermarket. In front of the accommodation ends the promenade that leads to the center of the town, where all the taverns, cafes and souvenir shops are.

For the 2025 season, two renovated studios on the ground floor are available, at the frontside and both with sea views. One studio is a double with a double bed, while the other is a triple and contains a double bed and a folding armchair.

All accommodation units have kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet, TV and hairdryer. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain, while kitchens are equipped and has hot plates, kettle and a small refrigerator. Pets are allowed upon request.

Cleaning, as well as change of towels and bed linen are done every five days.

Next to the villa there is a parking space for 2-3 cars, while the owners help other guests to find a place for their vehicle in the nearby streets.

Coming from Prinos, turn right immediately after the Hotel Triada, located in Limenaria. The road will turn left by the sea and after about 20m you will see Villa Waterside on your left.

Accommodation is a good choice for all those who are looking for studios in a good location, in the center of town.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
