Accommodation description
Discovery Villa is a modern accommodation facility offering two large apartments and private parking. It is located 450m from the sea.
The villa is three-storey. On the ground floor there is a superior villa, or rather, an apartment with two bedrooms with a capacity for a maximum of eight people. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other a double bed and a sofa for two people. The living room has a sofa bed that can be folded out, so it can sleep two people. There are two bathrooms and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all elements (large fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker). The apartment has two exits to a spacious porch with seating.
On the first and second floors there is a duplex apartment with three bedrooms (luxurious villa). It can accommodate a maximum of eight adults and two children, since there is one double bed in each of the bedrooms and two sofas in the living room. On the first level are all three bedrooms and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a washing machine. All three bedrooms have their own balconies overlooking the courtyard. On the second level is a large living room with a dining area and a kitchen, as well as a second bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, two large ovens, four hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room opens onto a balcony, which is an ideal corner for enjoying the sea view from a distance.
The apartments are air-conditioned and have internet, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot can be added on request.
In the fenced and spacious courtyard there is a brick barbecue and a seating area in the shade of olive trees. There are also deck chairs, umbrellas and a swing. Guests can park in the courtyard.
Villas are cleaned every two days and towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
Pets are allowed on request.

I stayed with my family in the villa from August 15 to August 25, 2013. There were seven of us (three small children and four adults). As I mentioned in the brief description, the villa is exceptionally well-maintained, with plenty of space both inside and outside. I am referring to the yard. Everything you need in the villa is available. In the yard, there are two tables with more than a dozen chairs, four loungers, and a swing. I am not sure if anyone needs more than that. We saw the owner two or three times. The owner (Janis) is a very cultured and helpful gentleman. This also applies to his son Dimitris. I must mention that a young lady cleaned up after us every day and changed the bedding every third day! All praise!!!!

In the first half of August 2013, I vacationed with my husband, sister, and our children in this house. The owner studied in Belgrade and speaks Serbian. The hosts are kind and very discreet, so we rarely encountered them. We had access to the ground floor of the house and a yard with parking space. In the yard, there is a grill that is fully equipped for use, and we enjoyed using it. Everything is new, and the cleaner tidied up the apartment almost daily.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
