Our description
Luxury Dream House offers to the guests a beautifully decorated maisonette on two levels, overlooking the sea and the mountains. The unit can accommodate up to six people and is fully equipped. Accommodation is a good solution for all those who want to stay in the center of Limenaria, near the beach and promenade.
Accommodation is located 120m from big city beach, promenade and the nearest supermarket.
Villa offers one maisonette on the second floor, with two bedrooms on the upper level (attic). This unit has an area of 65m2. On the lower level there are a living room with sofa bed, terrace and an equipped kitchen (oven, kettle, coffee maker and small refrigerator), while on the upper floor there are a bathroom with a shower cabin, terrace and two bedrooms separated by a door. Each one has a smaller size double bed. In the maisonette there are two air conditioners. One is in the living room and the other is upstairs in the hallway. The owners live in the same building. Since the maisonette has several terraces, guests can enjoy in the view of the sea, mountain and street.
The accommodation has internet connection, TV, washing machine and mosquito nets.
Cleaning, as well as the change of towels and bed linen are being done every four days.
Guests can find a parking space in a public car park not far from the villa or in the nearby streets.
Coming from Prinos, you will see your accommodation on the main road, on the right side of the street, about a hundred meters after the supermarket Helios.
The maisonette is a good choice for all those looking for a spacious accommodation in the center of Limenaria, close to the beach and pedestrian zone.

Accommodation is located 200m from the center of Limenaria and 5km from the Potos village, while only a few minutes drive from the first beaches.
It has two bedrooms and has 65m2. It can accommodate up to six people, 4 adults and two children.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
REMARK
- Stay for children under 5 years old is not allowed.
- Prices for 6 _Bed Duplex Apartment (4+2) _ are for 4 adults, supplements are charged afterward.
SUPPLEMENT
- Supplement for children from 5-10 years old is 20e per night.
- Supplement for children from 11-17 years old is 25e per night.
- Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
