Our description
Rafaela Villa is an accommodation located at the very entrance to Limenaria. It is located in a quiet location, and only a few minutes drive from all the facilities offered by Limenaria.
The beach is about 300m away. The villa is 200m from the nearest supermarket and 900m from the center of Limenaria, where you can find all the cafes, taverns and shops.
In its offer, it has four apartments (35 - 45 m2), of which one, the largest, is on the ground floor, and the other three, smaller, on the first floor.
ground level
6 Bed Apartment (6+1) is 45m2 in size. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double bed and a sofa for two people, and if necessary, an extra bed for a child can be added. Air conditioner and TV are located in the living room. It has an equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. This apartment has tables and chairs for sitting in front of the apartment
first floor
4 Bed Apartment (4+1) is about 38m2 in size. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people, where an extra bed for a child can be inserted if necessary. Air conditioner and TV are located in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The balcony has a view of the yard.
5 Bed Apartment is about 40m2 in size. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people, as well as one single bed. Air conditioner and TV are located in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. From the balcony you can see the sea in the distance.
4 Bed Apartment is about 35m2 in size. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people. Air conditioner and TV are located in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The balcony has a view of the sea in the distance and is larger than in the other two apartments. Only this accommodation unit has a washing machine, which the guests of this unit can use at no extra cost.
All accommodation units within the complex have an equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle and coffee maker, as well as mosquito nets, wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, safe and hair dryer.
The yard is decorated with lots of flowers and greenery.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done once during the stay.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is enough space for parking on the street near the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left when you reach the Discovery sign and continue driving straight up the street and after about 150m you will see the villa on the left.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
