Accommodation description

Aria Suites is a newly built and modernly equipped accommodation located in a quiet location at the entrance to Limenaria.

It has four apartments for four people and two apartments with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen and bathroom, and guests have access to internet, TV, kettle and toaster.

There is also a parking lot within the building.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

A house tucked into the hills, just a few hundred metres from the sea, with lovely balconies and views of the water... Relaxing peace and quiet... Well-kept, fully equipped, and clean apartments, with spacious terraces that enjoy the morning sun—always with a gentle breeze... We also saw apartments with a wonderful garden, shaded and protected from both prying eyes and the sun... Accessible by car, with a spacious parking area... Supermarket nearby... No limits—hot and cold water available throughout the day... The owner is open, communicative, and constantly available...

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
