Hotel Description

Having as a starting point the furnished apartments Anthias Garden in the heart of the Venetian olive grove, discover the beauty of the island will be for you, an unforgettable experience. Discover the east coast with the islands of the archipelago including Scorpios of the Greek tycoon Aristotelis Onassis who chose it in order to create his personal paradise and get to swim in the famous beaches of Porto Katsiki, of Kathisma, of Eggremni, of Saint John,of the Mills, along the west coast that will leave you in amazement for so much wild beauty.

Each maisonette (80m2) is on the first floor of the two buildings composing the complex. At the first level, it has a spacious kitchen, living room with fireplace and balcony and a bathroom with a shower cabin. A wood staircase leads to the first floor. Here are two bedrooms (the main with a double bed and the other with two connected single beds), each one with a spacious balcony and a second bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There is the possibility to accommodate 1-2 more people in the living room. Each house has an independent entrance by an external staircase. A/C in all the rooms, TV (four satellite channels), coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

Apartments (45m2) with two rooms are on the first floor of the buildings of the complex and each one has its own entrance with external staircase. Each apartment is bright with two large terraces overlooking the garden and consists of the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom with a double bed. There is the possibility to accommodate one more person in the pull-out sofa in the living room. A/C in all the rooms, TV (four satellite channels), coffee machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

Studios (34m2) are located at the ground floor of the first and second building complex with a courtyard and garden. They have one bedroom (a double and a single bed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, A/C, satellite TV (four channels), coffee machine and a hairdryer.

Studios (26-29m2) are located at the ground floor of the first and second building complex with a courtyard and garden. They have one bedroom (with a double or twin beds), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, A/C, satellite TV (four channels), coffee machine and hairdryer.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
