The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Spacious rooms and wide terraces are perfect for a pleasant retreat in peace and enjoyment. It is ideal for larger families with two children. Enjoyment is guaranteed. It is close to the city beach and the city center. All essential institutions, such as supermarkets, bakeries, and other shops, are nearby. The staff was ready to address any doubts and questions, showing great understanding. In a word - a quality experience. 😄

Villa Keramidi, a charming villa at a reasonable price. It is located about 600 meters from the center, which is advantageous as it avoids noise, crowds, and traffic. You are welcomed by friendly and cultured cats. In the morning, around half-past five, a rooster that never seems bored performs its morning aria. The apartments are clean, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and on both terraces, a gentle breeze flows, making it perfect for sitting in the morning and evening. Parking for cars is provided in front of the villa, and there is additional space outside as well. The landlady, Eleni, speaks Serbian; you will see her upon arrival, and that is all. If any issues arise, she arrives within five minutes. All in all, it is quite satisfactory.

The villa has everything that was indicated. It is a very comfortable accommodation for a family with children. There are two lovely and spacious terraces, a large living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. It is located away from the center, which suited us due to the tranquility. The store is very close, and we certainly pay for everything by car. We had an issue with hot water for two days, but that was resolved relatively quickly thanks to Nikana. All in all, this is accommodation that we can recommend as clean, comfortable, peaceful, and with a reasonable price-quality ratio. I must commend Nikana for her excellent professionalism!

We stayed in a villa from August 20 to 30, 2013, she, he (2.5 years old), and I. For a family of three, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the terrace is quite spacious. The landlady is exceptionally kind; whatever you need, you can call her, and she speaks Serbian very well. Overall, our impressions are very positive.

We stayed at the villa from August 5th to 17th, 2013, with three adults and two children. As everyone mentioned, you meet the landlady on the first day, and then you don't see her again. You maintain the apartment yourself, and they changed the linens and towels for us twice. There are plenty of towels available. The Wi-Fi worked excellently. The apartment is spacious, relatively new, easy to find and access, and a bit further from the city center, so there is no noise. All in all, we were satisfied and would recommend the villa to everyone. Reasonable price and excellent accommodation.

A family of four with two small children stayed from September 7th to 18th. The apartment offered exceptional comfort and spaciousness. As someone pointed out, the landlady met us on the first day and did not disturb us afterward. The only downside was that during our 11-day stay, no one came to clean the apartment, but we were mostly there just to sleep, so it didn’t bother us too much, and we did not complain.

August 2012. My first visit to Thassos. A family of four. I awarded this accommodation the maximum number of stars, as I truly could not deny it that. Kindness: we saw the landlady on the first day, and never again after that. On that day, she explained all the details (speaking in Serbian) and said that if we needed anything, we could contact her, leaving her phone number. We had everything we needed, so there was no further need to reach out to her. Thus, her kindness was maximal :) Location: equally excellent, the accommodation is situated in the south of the island. When you decide to explore the island, you have both the western and eastern sides. I preferred the eastern side of the island, but there are also many beautiful beaches on the western side; it would be a shame to go to Thassos and confine yourself to just one beach. Price: truly favorable, as the apartment is quite spacious, the terraces as well, and the furniture is new. These would be the three characteristics I look for when seeking accommodation by the sea (and I do enjoy having good accommodation; in fact, it's very important to me). I don't know what else to add... I believe that the maximum number of stars I awarded speaks for itself :) Regards.

I spent my vacation with friends. The apartment greeted us in perfect condition; everything was clean and in order. The market is nearby, just in case we needed something, and the beach is not far away... All in all, we are very satisfied, and there is no need to even mention the price.

I stayed at this property from July 5th to 15th with three children, and I can say that everything was exceptional. The apartments are about 700-800 meters from the beach, but that is irrelevant because when you go to an island, you go to explore as many places as possible, so the proximity of the property to the sea, or rather the beach, is not significant! The accommodation is more than satisfactory for the price, clean and tidy! The terrace is exceptionally large, and when you sit there, you experience an incredible sense of peace and quiet. In a word, it is ideal for families seeking tranquility and relaxation. The landlady is extremely kind and fair. If you find that something is missing in the apartment, you only need to call her, and you will receive what you requested immediately.

I spent my vacation with my three children and my husband, and I am absolutely delighted. It was peaceful, far from the noise, surrounded by olive groves and little sheep. A true delight. The apartment is brand new. The accommodation is truly excellent. The store is right across the street. For those who cherish tranquility, a view of the olive groves, and the soothing sounds of cicadas, this is a perfect place.

We vacationed as a family with friends (two families of four). The accommodation was more than satisfactory, the hosts were attentive and kind, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The supermarket is just about 30 meters away, while the town and beach are around 800 meters distant. However, we didn't swim in Limenarija, as there are many beautiful beaches just about a 10-minute drive away! In the evening, we strolled to the town along the well-lit streets; it’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for family relaxation. The yard was quite satisfactory, paved and shaded in the afternoon. There is an excellent bakery about 300 meters away, where there is also a gas station, and across the street is a school with basketball courts that are illuminated all night!
