Keramidi Villa is one of the most popular accommodations we have to offer in Limenaria. It offers to the guests beautiful and fully equipped apartments in a quiet location and thus provides the opportunity for a wonderful vacation during your stay on Thassos.

Keramidi Villa is located in Limenaria. It’s a lovely villa and one of the most sought after because of the comfort it provides. It’s located in a quiet part, slightly out of the city, at 650m from the intersection and about 1km from the city beach. A superbly supplied and affordable supermarket is at about 150m and a bakery at 300m from the house. You can get to the city in 10 minutes on foot.

It was built in 2008 and has spacious, new and modern apartments (45m2). There are five apartments (two on the ground floor and three on the first floor) in total. All apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with dining room, equipped kitchen and two sofa beds. There is no possibility to add an extra bed.

Each apartment is equipped with SAT TV, bathroom, air conditioning and wireless internet. The terraces are very spacious, and each apartment has a two of them (on both sides of the house). The owners are very kind and unobtrusive and speak the language fluently.

Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while the guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartments. The price includes only final cleaning.

There’s also a private parking and a barbecue in the yard available.

Arriving from the direction of Prinos, at the central intersection in Limenaria turn left towards inland (Castro village). After 650m, turn left and you’ll see the villa on the right side of the road.

If you’re looking for a good and affordable accommodation in a quiet location, which will serve as a base for island encircling, Keramidi Villa is an ideal choice for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
